Some of the facilities and specifications mentioned do not appear to match those of our hotel.For example, regarding the bedding, we select our products from reputable brands within Japan, with a strong emphasis on comfort and quality. We also provide alternative pillows of different materials, as noted in the in-room information.Concerning the toilet, we have not identified any mechanical issues in our rooms, and the specifications described differ slightly from those installed at our property.With regard to lighting and room fixtures, all equipment in our hotel has been carefully selected and designed by our dedicated designer, with safety as the highest priority. The layout and features referenced in your review do not fully correspond with our room design.Additionally, we conduct detailed daily inspections of every room, and at this time we have not observed any peeling wallpaper or damage consistent with what was described.As we take guest feedback very seriously, we would greatly appreciate it if you could kindly confirm whether your stay was indeed at our property. However, we are very sorry to hear that some of your expectations were not met. We also apologize for the discomfort caused by the insects on your balcony at night and the delay in trash collection by our staff. Also Okinawa is an island with a lot of nature, and insects are frequently everywhere. But it is very rare for insects to infest the top floor of our hotel, as we call in contractors throughout the year to exterminate pests. We will take your feedback into consideration and take stronger measures. As stated on our reservation website, for ecological reasons, we do not clean or change towels during your stay at our hotel. Instead, we provide eco-friendly detergents and a free washer/dryer for our guests use. Thank you for your kind understanding about it. Once again, we apologize for your unsatisfactory stay as your needs did not match our hotel.
