Didn’t like highway seperating cottage and sea

A quiet and relaxing place to stay

We stayed there for 5 weeks during renovations and we felt welcomed and the staff was amazing making sure we had everything we needed. A big thank you for the wonderful service Denise, Dan and Sylvie! We felt like family. The views are amazing as well!!

Beautiful location with lovely view of the water. Near a playground and the beach so great for kids. Cabin was clean and well kept. The kitchen was quite well equipped. Key was in box to pick up and no direct communication from the staff (written instructions in cabin). This is not necessarily bad but felt a bit odd. We did not realize there was a pub on the premises. This would be good if wanting entertainment but could hear the music from in the cabin.

We loved the scenery, breath taking. Friendly staff Denise 😁. My mom is from charlo and was with us shes 87 and dad is 90 . It was the perfect place. Quiet spacious & close to everything. Had the pleasure of attending the charlo fair. Everything was awesome !!!

We stayed at the cottages for a few days in august. Our cottage was spotlessly clean, and while I find the decor a bit on the sp**** side, (it is very very brown inside. Too dark, but that's just my opinion.) The bathroom was huge, it was well stocked with towels and facecloths as well. The kitchen was so well stocked with all kinds of dishes, pots and pans, utensils, everything you need. That was very much welcome. Again, so nice and clean and welcoming. Now having said that, they need to step up their maintenance game. The chest of drawers in the bedroom has one drawer broken and it won't slide in properly. Fix that. It would literally take 5 minutes. The light fixture in the kitchen had only 1 lightbulb, yet it was able to hold 3. Fix it. The main door must have had a blind at one time, it's gone now, except that the brackets to hold the blind in place are still there. It really needs a blind. Fix that. The front door wouldn't lock at all the last night, so we had to place a chair under the door so it couldn't be opened. I would not hesitate to stay here again, but please, take a look around and fix the little things. It honestly looks like no one cares.

The view was amazing. Cottage was clean and newly renovated. My contractor husband was impressed. Kids loved the loft area, the park. We will definitely return.
