We have had a fabulous time since arriving at the hotel. We were received by very friendly and helpful receptionists. The room is very clean and is well stuffed with toiletries, the Aircon is cold to my liking but can be adjusted accordingly. The roof terrace is very scenic, however, the views of the Guangjie Bridge is only in partial view. The location is superb, walkable to all the top attractions. The hotel breakfast is at nearby with delicious local dishes. The owner is ever so helpful, her service is above and beyond to cater to my mum. Lastly but not least, we are overall very happy with the service we received from this hotel and will highly recommend anyone looking to look for a 5 star accomodation. 這次入住真的是臨時起意的，上午還在上着班，下午下班就沖到了潮州了，在網上挑了很久，最終選擇入住這家酒店，24年新裝修的東西都很新~設計都是同一個牌子的那個感覺~因為帶着家裡人，所以想着説，酒店還有班車能送到古城附近~夜班的那位周大姐真的人超級好~辦入住的時候剛好在前台收拾衞生，笑臉相迎，各種問好。還特別温馨提醒了客房空調使用的注意事項，和客房窗户的開關，簡直不要太好。入住過程中，客房剛好有點小瑕疵，聯繫前台後，剛好也是周大姐上來幫忙處理的，特別健談還介紹了各種好吃的~我都省得做攻略了。第二天白天逛的時候仔細看了下這家店的位置。其實比起很多古城邊上的店沒那麼有優勢，但是潮州整體都不大~整體入住還是很舒服的！睡得很好~如果能單獨給周大姐打個分，給她打一百昏一百昏~老闆給她加雞腿！

Ii recently had the pleasure of staying at Hans XiHu for a three-day trip, and I am thrilled to say that we made the right choice. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that we were in for a fantastic experience. First the hotel is small but clean. Our balcony room was well appointed with modern Chinese accents. This addition was a delightful touch and provides a serene space to relax and rewind after a full day of exploring. The location of the hotel was another highlight. Situated in a busy yet safe area, we found ourselves surrounded by a plethora of restaurants and shops, making it convenient to find dining options and explore the local scene. Additionally, the proximity to a park with a small lake was a delightful surprise. We took advantage of this by enjoying peaceful mornings in the park before embarking on our daily sightseeing activities. One of the standout features of the hotel was the complimentary laundry service. This amenity was a welcome surprise, and we took full advantage of it by submitting 15 pieces of clothing for laundering. To our delight, the laundry was returned to us on the same day, washed and neatly folded. This level of service exceeded our expectations and made our stay even more convenient. However, what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. From providing valuable recommendations for local attractions and restaurants to going the extra mile in making reservations for us, their attentiveness and genuine care made our trip more meaningful and memorable. Overall, our experience at Hansi Xihu was highly satisfying. The combination of a clean and comfortable environment, a convenient location, surprising amenities like the complimentary laundry service, and the outstanding service from the front desk staff made our stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a delightful and personalized experience.

酒店位置不錯，雖然不是在古城裡麪，但步行700米就到了，也是很近的，在古城逛吃再慢慢走回酒店也算散步消食了。酒店和如家在同一棟樓不同電梯，12樓是前台，大廳是法式風格，很適合拍照。辦入住時還送了一籃子小零食給小朋友吃，大人也有潮州特色的小零食。到了房間的裝修風格非常地小清新，不是那種一屋子貼滿卡通圖案就算是親子房了，是小朋友非常喜歡的遊戲屋，有樓梯滑梯攀巖波波球，而且玩具都很乾凈，沒有臟兮兮的污漬，可以放心給小朋友玩，房間有四張床，住四大四小沒啥問題，我們一大兩小衹用到了兩張床，有點太寬敞了，最讓人驚喜的是廁所居然還有配備了小童馬桶，這點太貼心了，很多親子酒店最多是給了一個馬桶圈。最後再重點提一下衞生，是真的做得非常乾淨！有些裝修好看的民宿實際衞生環境是非常糟糕的，但這一家無論是洗衣房或者是房間衞浴的角落都是乾乾淨淨的，本來我自己有些塵蟎過敏，看到那麼多布娃娃還有些擔心，但在這家酒店也沒有發生過敏，説明衞生是做得相當細緻了！小朋友離店的時候還依依不捨，叮囑我下次一定還要來住這家！

房間內衞生乾淨！環境清幽！設施齊全！！是一個新民宿！！裝修風格比較現代但不失韻味！民宿老闆還特別好，因為民宿位置在牌坊街邊的巷子裏，牌坊街橫着交錯，怕我們剛剛來找不到店的位置，所以提前加了我的微信，用清晰的地圖告訴我們怎麼走，真的貼別貼心！前台的茶還好好喝～

環境是真不賴，隱於鬧市的一個民宿。老闆服務態度也特別熱情。沒入住前很有耐心的教我如何停車如何到店裡（停車免費哦）。正好淡季980塊一家三口或者四口住挺合適的。小院子裏下午沒事坐的泡點茶別有一番情趣。特別推薦古色古香的小院子

The most incredible hotel stay in China after more than 3 weeks travelling around Xinjiang, Beijing and Xiamen. I have only superlatives in describing every moment and experience at Chaozhou Nanyi from the cleanliness, rooms, beds, bathrooms with the latest high-tech toilets, showers etc. The deco along the passageways, room layout is just so tastefully laid out. The unit I had comprised a master bedroom, another separate single room, a spacious sitting/tea/tv lounge, 2 separate bathrooms with latest high-tech features and a walk-in closet. The breakfast is more than ample from a western to a noodle station to suit your choice of ingredients. Tea and light snacks is served every afternoon, including a late night bowl of noodles, if you are hungry. This hotel surpasses my every expectations of what a top 5 stars hotel should be, much better than some of the Kempinski’s I’ve stayed in, in Europe! And it’s surprisingly affordable! No doubt my hotel of choice in Chaozhou!

Front desk customer service is good & polite, very helpful . Location is near to tourist spot, nearby easy to get local food & convenient stall.

Friendly staffs. Free teas sampling for guests. Welcome fruit tray. Room amenities are standard. Two types of pillow to choose. Memory foam bed. Room size is standard. Good value for the price. Here are some area can improve: shower floor is slippery, enforced on smoking prohibited policy in building premises, hotel lobby.

Pasé un tiempo muy agradable en este hotel. En primer lugar, la ubicación del hotel es muy superior, el transporte es conveniente y hay muchos lugares de comida y tiendas alrededor. En segundo lugar, las instalaciones del hotel son completas, las habitaciones son limpias y cómodas, la actitud del personal de servicio es entusiasta y amigable, y me hace sentir la sensación de regreso. Además, el desayuno del hotel es rica y sabor también es muy bueno, proporciona suficiente energía para mi día. En general, este hotel me ha impresionado profundamente, y no he dudado de recomendarlo a mis amigos.
