Can only echo all the other reviews. From the moment you enter the clean smart reception there is an air of total relaxation. all of the staff were very attentive without being over the top. Special mentions go to Manager owner Petros whose genuine customer service and caring sets the culture for the entire hotel to restaurant staff Manolo and Anastasia both of whom are great characters and made the stay extremely enjoyable. The food was absolutely AMAZING the milanese risotto with ossobucco takes a lot of beating but this was surpassed by the lobster and scallop soup (see photo). We could not fault the room either. Yes is was one of the top rooms the dome suite 532 and yes the views from both inside and the pool were great. There was the coastal rd but did not interfere with the relaxing vibe. Prices within the hotel were very fair, often cheaper than outside (which is fantastic based on the quality). The Cretan wines recommended by Manolo were some of the best we have experienced. Would certainly book this again, just looking for the excuse now.

Perfect Vacaciones! Mi primera vez en Grecia, pero definitivamente no la última. Todos los días hemos pasado 7 días maravillosos junto con mis padres. No tengo nada malo para decir sobre este lugar. Aunque vivo en Dubai durante los últimos 10 años y diga que estoy usando con un alto nivel de alojamiento y servicio, este lugar fue el mejor. Las habitaciones son muy modernas, muy limpias, muy deliciosas comidas, vistas sorprendentes, hay una tienda justo al lado del hotel y pocas playas cerca y el factor más importante que hizo nuestra estadía tan memorable son las personas! ¡Desde el momento en que llegué, Georgia me dio una cálida bienvenida y tuve un cheque muy suave! A lo largo de nuestra estancia Iro nos dio las mejores sugerencias de dónde comer, qué visitar y ayudarnos a reservar todo; como ella era nuestra concierta personal, aunque no es su trabajo, tan bendito que la hemos conocido. Cada mañana nos sirvimos desayuno por la hermosa Ana y Maria, tan bien acomodados y amables. La noche, John y Stelios nos sirvió deliciosos alimentos y cocktails. No obstante, el Sr. Andreas es una de las personas más amables y duras que he conocido! El hotel de la ciudad de Efi, que limpió nuestra habitación diariamente, se ocupaba de los detalles más pequeños que nos permitieron quedarnos más cómodos. Gracias por esta experiencia inolvidable!

We have just spent a week at Corinna Mare. We were looking for something good value and didn’t want to spend alot, but still nice and clean and nice pool area. They appeared to be fully booked, but when I contacted them were able to accommodate us if we swapped rooms half way through - which we were fine to do, they gave us a discount for this. Our first room was a studio, and the bathroom was a bit tired, however, the room was big and the bed was big and comfy. There was an issue with the sink when we checked in and they rectified this immediately. The second room was the apartment. We weren’t sure what to expect as it was road facing - however, the bedroom went onto the side and so there was no noise. This was a more up to date room. Both rooms were clean. I think for what you pay here it is really good value. The pool area was excellent, and there is also a little pebbly beach area. There are two pools, one is deeper and it’s no jumping etc. and another shallower pool more aimed at kids. This has a lifeguard. The bar is reasonably priced, and the staff are great. We had a few meals at the restaurant. Salads are massive as are sandwiches. The Greek omelette was really good. We only had dinner one night, and it was gorgeous. There is a great view of sunset. They do some fixed menu deals which were very good value (€20 or less for starter and main) and really nice. I am coeliac, and so gluten free and there was plenty of choice and the staff were accommodating. There is a shop just over the road for any basics, you buy your bus tickets there for Chania. 15mins on bus, they are really regular and run until about 1am. €1.50 per person. We hired a small car for a couple of days (€55 per day - mars) to go to lake kournas, and also the botanical gardens. We did a trip to the Samaria Gorge, getting picked up outside the hotel. Yannis at reception was really helpful with any questions we had and helped with booking dinner reservation. The staff in general were friendly, helpful and laidback. There is a really nice atmosphere in the hotel and in general with the area, the locals are all really friendly. We went to To Antikristo for dinner on our last night and this was favourite meal. Well worth the journey to get there.

Hotel nuovo, pulito con personale gentile e competente, sono molto disponibili a dare consigli in merito a parcheggio, spiagge e cibo. La stanza ha aria condizionata , un frigo bar e tv. Ottimo il set di cortesi del bagno (rasoio usa e getta con crema protettiva per rasatura, spazzolino e dentifricio oltre al solito bagnoschiuma e crema corpo) Colazione nella media, il dolce con le banane è fantastico!!! Per il resto a me piace la colazione dolce per cui la scelta è un po’ ristretta. Ottimo anche lo yogurt da completare a piacimento con frutta secca. Piscina pulita e con lettini. Parcheggio gratuito presente in struttura. Se devo trovare un difetto è un po’ rumoroso, almeno per le camere che affacciano in strada. Consiglio per la zona di Chania / Balos / Falassarna ed Elafonisi.

Stayed in suite with sea view. The view was amazing. The room was lovely, bed super comfy. There was a nice vanity table to get ready at. Bathroom was big and clean. The service at reception were very helpful. The location was great right in old town but not too noisy - music from restaurant in evening but I liked it and church bells on Sunday. I really enjoyed my stay here and was very happy with the suite. Couple of things to point out: there was no furniture on the balconies and aside from a pouf, no furniture in room to move outside. So meant nothing to sit on to enjoy balcony and it’s view. Also the curtain was only half curtain so to block out light need to shut the shutters which then restricts air. I didn’t mind but if you want darkness to sleep might need to bring eye mask. Like I said only minor things. Overall great place. Hot water - i mention as I know this is important to people :)

En el hotel y durante mi check-in, me informó que mi desayuno no se servirá en mi hotel, sino en otro hotel a 300 metros. En el hotel que me reservaba, me llevé a caminar con mi maleta (el cheque en el hotel donde se sirvió el desayuno). Cuando llegué a la ciudad, descubrí que no había ascensor y tuve que llevar mi equipaje arriba, lo que no era posible porque rompí mi mano hace unos meses (ver fotos). La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable. Me informé de la recepción que ya deberían organizar para que la maleta se lleve a mi habitación o me ofrezca una cancelación gratuita. El hotel está en una zona de la ciudad, donde el hotel está en una zona de la ciudad. La única cosa que hizo la recepción fue enviar a una persona para llevar mi maleta a mi habitación después de dos horas.Además, la habitación está arriba de un bar y hay música para jugar hasta una a.m. terrible experiencia, no recomiendo esta cadena de hotel a nadie. ¡La gestión es UNPROFESSIONAL y no ofrece SERVICIOS CUSTOMERS! ¡Por supuesto que lo informé inmediatamente Hotels.com y trataban de encontrar al gerente, pero él/ ella se escondía!

We have just returned from our trip to Chania, Crete. Our week long stay in Lena Beach Hotel was excellent in every single respect! We enjoyed the beautiful setting, fantastic breakfast and most of all, the fantastic service offered by Ioannis (hotel manager) and the team. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and even helped us organise and book taxi transfer from the airport. The hotel has a very relaxed atmosphere and all staff go out of their way to give a personal touch. The pool area was stunning and access times were brilliant (open until 9pm). There are some beautiful beaches only a few minutes walk from the hotel, of which we visited every evening to watch the gorgeous sunsets! We were in a Triple room with a beautiful sea view. The room catered for our every need and the powerful air conditioning was definitely appreciated! The balcony area was very private. We had a sound sleep every night! The area is absolutely stunning and we enjoyed days out in Chania and Imbros Gorge, as well as having an unforgettable trip out to Gouvreneto Monasteries. Thank you Ioannis and your team for making our holiday so special! We will definitely be returning 😊

Our room was charming and comfortable and we enjoyed using the sitting area in the courtyard. The hotel is well located with a view on the port while set back so that it is not in the bustle pedestrian traffic. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious and special options were prepared for the gluten free and dairy free needs of one diner. Our laundry was done in one day and well organized by the hotel. Next time we need to stay longer!

Epas se ha aprovechado la oportunidad cada día para preguntar sobre nuestros planes y experiencias, que fue genial y nos dio muchas buenas pistas para ir y ver cosas - esto fue otro bono de tomar el desayuno. Epas también arregló transferencias desde el aeropuerto, un coche de alquiler y un check-out tardío, así que tuvimos el apartamento hasta el momento en que nos fuimos al aeropuerto. Tenemos una gran vacación y recomendaríamos muy bien las Suites Elizabeth como un lugar para permanecer y volveremos en un golpe de corazón.

UUsuario invitadoEvery hotel staff was smiley, friendly and helpful. We received welcome snacks snd message in the room. The room was modern with air condition, high ceiling and nice amenities. Breakfast was buffet-style as and adequate. Location is very close to many shops and restaurants but without the noise. I enjoyed the deep tissue massage at their spa.
Enhancement areas suggested for Room 11: shower door does not close; the queen bed was two separate single beds put together instead of one mattress, and with separate bedcover sheets instead of one queen sized bedcover sheet; a kettle would have been useful.

UUsuario invitadoEl Hotel tiene muchos puntos positivos pero también negativos. Positivo : La ubicación es muy buena, se va andando al casco antiguo. El personal se desvive en atenciones y son super amables, atentos en todo momento a cualquier cosa que puedas desear. Nunca hemos visto tanta atención. Las habitaciones son amplias, las camas muy cómodas y todo muy limpio. Si tienes coche de alquiler, no te tienes que preocupar por aparcar en la zona, lo dejas en la puerta y el personal de recepción te lo aparca, y cuando lo necesites te lo traen. Nuestra Suite Emoción estaba en la 1 planta, pero no se escucha nada de ruido. Negativo : La piscina no es como se ve en la foto..... en nuestro caso estaba cerrada por no se que problema, pero es muy pequeñita. De hecho ni la usamos el ultimo día que ya funcionaba. El Gimnasio tiene un horario de 8.00-18.00. Es la primera vez que vemos que un Gimnasio en un 5 estrellas tiene horario. Suelen estar las 24h a disposición del huésped. Además no tienen ni un detalle de fruta fresca o botellines de agua para los clientes que lo usen. Y lo que menos nos gustó es el sistema de desayuno. No hay nada de buffet. Todo es a la carta. Es decir, viene un chico a la mesa con un carrito donde le indicas que tipo de pan, bollería, y zumos quieres. Y luego te dan una carta en inglés y tienes que decirle a otra persona todo lo que quieres y como lo quieres. Tortilla, con o sin ingredientes, huevos a la plancha o hervidos, embutidos, fruta, cereales, café, te etc etc etc. Cualquier persona que no tenga unas nociones básicas de Inglés, o no lleve un buen traductor..............no sé como desayunará. Y eso todas las mañanas. Nosotros nos alojamos en la Gran Suite Emoción, somos un matrimonio con un hijo adulto. Pero no es una Suite como tal. Nosotros esperábamos una Suite de dos dormitorios con 2 baños y una zona de estar para compartir. Pero nos encontramos con dos habitaciones que están una frente a la otra al final de un pasillo, y lo que han hecho es poner una puerta en el pasillo y de esa manera las han aislado a ambas. La habitación de la derecha mira hacia la calle principal, y curiosamente la que tiene algo de superior (la nuestra) con jacuzzi...... tiene una terraza con vistas a un patio horroroso, vistas muy desagradables, terrazas de bloques de vecinos, donde esta colgada la ropa, los cubos, las fregonas....en fin. ni salimos ni nos sentamos en ella ni un solo momento a ver aquello.. En definitiva, es un buen hotel ?..... sí, lo es, pero le faltan detalles para ser un muy buen Hotel de 5 estrellas. Si volviéramos a Chania, no lo escogeríamos.

GGrimEn el hotel, el hotel se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los niños.
La familia que lo condujo estaba encantadora, y mamá me hizo un picnic para ir a la caminata antes de que papá nos dio un ascensor al punto de partida.
Quizá porque nunca vuelve a casa, pero ordené una cerveza abajo a la llegada, y me dieron aceitunas libres -lo que hizo mi día absoluto y, aunque antes incorruptible, mi lealtad fue comprada instantáneamente y totalmente.
También tenía el conejo frito algo, que sabía muy bien, aunque la salada misma era aún mejor, aunque maldice mi lengua carnívora para decirlo.
La habitación tenía un gran balcón para mirar por las colinas verdes y rocosas. Big fluffy vest en el tapón, aunque para aquellos de ustedes que quieren ser más calientes.
El baño es un poco pequeño y está en el extremo alto del espectro de altura que tuve que estar atento a no golpearme en la cuenca de mano cuando utiliza el baño.
El edificio es relativamente viejo, así que espera oír algunos pies mientras otros huéspedes pasan por su habitación, pero, además, felizmente tranquilo durante la noche.
La hija de la familia habla muy bien inglés, que ayudó unas pocas veces, cuando, lamentablemente, parecía haber olvidado todo mi griego (que no había aprendido antes de llegar).
No puedo recomendar este hotel de casa suficiente, así que si estás en camino a caminar por el gorge, estacionar tu coche aquí y permanecer la noche. Luego vuelva a Omalos el día siguiente y obtenga un estilo de casa cocinando de nuevo en su cuerpo cansado.
O lo que sea que flote su ferry.

UUsuario invitadoWe arrived in beautiful Chania and were dropped off on the main road opposite the little track up to the Nireas. I had read TA reviews so knew to expect that Christos, the owner, would offer us a room upgrade but we were happy with our original room which was Apt 24 on the ground floor with a fantastic large balcony opening straight onto the pool area. We paid €5 a night for air con which was really powerful, and €10 for the safe. The room was dated but more than adequate for us as we are used to Greek accommodation. There were 2 beds pushed together and then a single bed near the door which my son slept in. There was a 2 ring hob, microwave and kettle and basic utensils but we only ate breakfast in the apartment so it was more than enough. I think you would struggle to conjure up a Cordon Bleu meal though but with so many fabulous restaurants on the doorstep, it wasn’t a worry for us. There were a few things that made us chuckle…. the apartment door had been hung the wrong way so the handle was inside the room and not on the outside 🤣 and the usual Greek plumbing scenario with the shower head on the wall but the shower screen on the other side of the shower meaning the floor got soaked 🫣 but hey, it’s Greece 🇬🇷 The maid came in every day except a Sunday and the sheets/towels were changed regularly. There was a drying rack on the patio for hanging wet beach stuff up. Plenty of socket points and the beds were super comfy. The pool area was quiet but we only used it in the afternoons once we came back from the beach. There were always sunbeds and Christos was either there or available by WhatsApp. The WiFi worked fine in our rooms and by the pool. Kato Doratso is a residential suburb just 4km outside of Chania so a perfect location for us. Just down the little road from the hotel is a supermarket on the corner for all your essentials/bottles of water. There were 4 beaches within walking distance and we chose Sunset Beach due to the stunning clear water. It’s a bay so no tide and it was shallow for a great way out meaning our son could happily swim and play without us worrying too much. There was a bar on the beach and the owner did a mean Freddo Cappuccino ☕️ 👌🏽 You could buy salads, hot snacks and sandwiches, ice creams, crisps and drinks there. There were also chargeable sunbeds and parasols and you could hire a kayak or paddle board. There was another shop near the start of the hotels to the left of the bay. We bought a couple of parasols from the shop and lay on the beach. It was full of local families and we thoroughly enjoyed mixing with them. The bus into Chania is the #21. Come out of the hotel, down onto the main road and take a right along the path. Just past the car garage there’s a bus stop and a ticket machine. You need the exact change and it’s €1.10 each into town (€2 if you pay on the bus) When you are is in Chania, as you get off, there’s a ticket machine and a kiosk to buy return tickets and you can catch the bus back

UUsuario invitadoHemos estado 10 noches con nuestros hijos de 11, 12 y 19 años y ha sido un viaje familiar fantástico. Creta es un destino de sol y playa muy bueno, y aloj**** en el Kiani Beach Resort ha sido un acierto. La ubicación es muy buena, a 25 minutos de nuestro aeropuerto de llegada (Chania) y la misma distancia a la ciudad, que es muy interesante de visitar. Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias y cómodas. Agradecemos al personal de recepción nuestra petición previa de tener las habitaciones de nuestros hijos cerca de la nuestra. Es un hotel donde todo está cerca y no se requiere caminar mucho, lo cual es de agradecer. Tener la playa junto a la piscina es realmente increíble. Un lujo. La comida es muy buena y variada. No es cierto que se repite, como algunos comentarios dicen. Obvio alguna cosas siempre son iguales (ensaladas, etc), pero eso es normal. Cada comida y cena hemos encontrado siempre cosas diferentes y hay gran variedad de carnes por ejemplo. Las bebidas del todo incluido son tal como se anuncia previamente, así que correcto. Tan sólo eché de menos tener hielo en el restaurante buffet. El personal del hotel es muy amable y simpático, ya sea los camareros, animadores o personal de recepción, siempre con una sonrisa. Por ejemplo Vasiliki en recepción fue siempre muy amable. Los espectáculos son también muy variados e interesantes, especialmente la danza griega. En resumen, un lugar para volver en el futuro y totalmente recomendable a parejas con hijos de todas las edades. Ευχαριστώ!
