I'll start with the good. The bathroom was a nice size and the shower was wonderful. The king-size bed is also worthy of praise. What's not so good was how noisy the room was. The ceiling wasn't there in the conventional sense, it was just the joists and then the floorboards of the room above, which meant that any movement upstairs was very loud. You also need to be aware that finding the entrance and getting checked-in can be a challenge. If you get a shuttle bus from the airport it will drop you in the general area of the hotel, but to find it you'll need Google Maps, or similar, and then be surprised to discover the hotel's entrance is tucked away around the back of the building. Once you've found it you then realise there's no reception desk. You now need to find the sister hotel - the Elia Bettolo Hotel as that's where you check-in and also where breakfast is served. Fortunately, it is just across the street. Another thing to note is that the tea and coffee options are taken care of via a 'pod' system. On the face of it all good. Except for the fact you only get two coffee pods and once you've used those you're expected to pay for any extras.

Quiet and clean room. I have stayed here before. It was exactly what I expected. Would stay again.

Was so central to everything. The room was absolutely stunning. The price is so competitive as well. I would 100 percent go back to this lovely hotel

Είναι πραγματικά απίστευτο! Όλα ήταν υπέροχα καθαριότητα εξυπηρετηση όλα! Έχω πάει 3 φορές και θα ξαναπάω όσες μπορέσω σίγουρα!!το καλύτερο μέρος για να χαλαρώσεις και να ξεκουραστείς! Και εξαιρετικό πρωινό!ηταν φανταστικά!!μπραβο τους συγχαρητήρια

Meluinen paikka, keskellä vilkasta vanhaa kaupunkia. Muusikot soittaa yötä myöten kadulla, baarista kulkijat liikkuu ja huutaa aamun viiteen ja sen jälkeen alkaa roskakuskit hommiin.

Ottima posizione seppur senza parking. Buona pulizia. Arredamento moderno un po’ casuale e poco funzionale. Buon rapporto qualita’ prezzo

Τριήμερο Αγιου Πνευματος στα Χανιά Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου πολύ καλή μέσα στην αγορά και σε πέντε λεπτά από το παλιό λιμάνι Αν και δίπλα στους πολυσύχναστους δρόμους Ποτιέ και Χατζημιχάλη Νταλιάνη το δωματιο είχε πολύ καλη μόνωση και δεν αντιλαμβανομασταν τον εξωτερικο θόρυβο Το δωματιο που μειναμε ηταν ομως ακριβως κατω απο το κλιμακοστασιο οποτε καθε μετακινηση των επισκεπτων γινοταν αντιληπτη εντονα και ιδιαιτερα τη νυχτα ηταν πολυ ενοχλητικό. Το κρεβάτι ήταν με αναπαυτικο στρωμα και μας διεθεσαν επιπλεον μαξιλαρια και κλινοσκεπασματα που ζητησαμε . Η καθαριοτητα ηταν καθημερινη αλλα δυστυχώς υπηρξαν δυο σημεια που μας εκαναν αρνητική εντυπωση 1. η λεκανη της τουαλετας ηταν βρώμικη είχε πολυκαιρισμενες ακαθαρσιες στον πάτο και 2. καθως επεσε το δαχτυλιδι μου κατω απο το κρεββατι και εσκυψα να το ανιχνευσω διαπιστωσα οτι υπηρχε αρκετη σκόνη ημερών τουλαχιστον ,αν όχι και εβδομάδων. Η συσκότιση του δωματιου ηταν πολυ καλη υπηρχαν και πατζουρια και κουρτίνες επιπλέον. Η είσοδος του κτιρίου ήταν στην πίσω πλευρά και υπηρχαν 4-5 σκαλοπατια οποτε αν έχετε βαριές αποσκευές θα σας ζορίσουν λίγο. Το πρωινό ήταν μέτριο χωρίς εναλλαγες καθημερινα στο μενού . .Μικρή ποικιλια αλλαντικων και τυριών Το χειρότερο κομματι του πρωινου ηταν ο καφες Μια μηχανη με πολλες αστοχιες λιγος καφες ανα δόση , ο καφες με ασχημη γεύση που νομίζω μεγαλο ρολο παιζει το νερο που ηταν της παροχης και είχε μια ασχημη οσμη. Το νερο είχε δυσαρεστη γεύση και οσμή ακομη και κρυο και δυστυχώς εμφιαλωμενο δεν υπηρχε ούτε με εξτρα χρέωση.

Disonesti al limite dell'illegalità! Avevamo prenotato 1 notte per avvicinarci all'aeroporto il giorno prima della partenza, e avevamo già ricevuta conferma e benvenuti, senonchè, 20 giorni prima dell'arrivo, ci comunicano che disdicono la nostra prenotazione per rifiuto di carta di credito (scusa fasulla!), per poi dirci che se volevamo prenotare altri periodi loro erano a disposizione (con la stessa carta di credito!!). Evidentemente avevano ricevuto richiesta di prenotazione per più giorni e hanno visto bene di cacciare fuori noi per guadagnare qualcosa in più... Che schifo!!! State lontani da questo albergo...rischiate di dormire in strada!!
