Everything was good) Rooms are clean. Hotel workers helps with every question, breakfast with good choices. Even at night when mosqitoes attacked. Hotel workers helped me to fight with them :) Thanks a lot.

The room was very comfortable, with excellent facilities. Staff were friendly, and check-in was very smooth

The Smile Natural serves a wonderful breakfast. The environment of the canteen is combined with western and Shanghai culture from the 19th Century to Now. You may find the traditional Western breakfast, such as grilled tomatoes with French bread and cafe, also with steamed belt fish , vegetables and Chinese dumplings. 管家小周 All fruits and salads are fresh with good quality. The chief is professional with making traditional dumplings ，that is good！ Especially at the entrance, the dessert are wonderful cover with mango and fruit toppings.

The room didn’t look like the pictures, different layout and nowhere near as big. However it was still a nice room and had a comfortable bed. Wasn’t told the wifi information so had to call reception to clarify. The tv was not very big and was far from the bed so was hard to watch when lying in bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful - they were excellent. I would stay here again but in a different room as I don’t think the pictures are a true reflection of the room, I don’t think the price was worth what I paid.

I have decided to give this review in English so that it will help our foreign friend’s who wanted to visit Changzhou and find a decent domestic 5-star hotel at friction of the cost. This is the 2nd time I booked my stay at 常州远洲酒店. Excellent hotel with excellent location located near the city center, extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception front desk staff. Breakfast was excellent and spread full of an airy, open and bright restaurant, it offers hotel guest a mixed menu with International dishes. All of them makes our trip very welcoming, the luxurious accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made my stay truly memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again 小周for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!

設施：設施很完善，房間內佈置的很好。符合高檔酒店的標準。電視有九百多個台。 衞生：衞生水平較好，房間收拾的很乾凈。 環境：整體環境很好，晚上沒什麼噪音，待的很舒服。 服務：服務很到位，有歡迎水果，前台kiki服務很好，下次會繼續預訂。 早餐很好吃。有銀絲麪和豆腐湯，不錯不錯

好久沒來了，這次入住一如既往的温馨，一直沒有忘記我的喜好，提前佈置了房間，還有小驚喜。安保很熱心，會幫忙拿行李，前台都挺專業的，尤其小袁服務很周到，我訂的標間，酒店會提前聯繫我詢問房型的需求，主動幫我調換。房間中規中矩，但衞生挺乾淨。地理位置在市中心，去哪裡都很快，比較方便。早餐很豐富，有本地的特色小吃。以後來這座城市，依然會毫不猶豫選這裏，也會推薦給需要的朋友們

最滿意的是早餐，餐廳大、種類多，地方特色小吃不少。非節假日餐廳裏客人少，工作人員史女士盡職盡責。酒店大堂寬敞明亮，很漂亮。房間內設施略陳舊，發現大小蟑螂數個。前台工作人員熱情友好，周小姐微笑服務，離店時詢問入住體驗，對反映出來的問題表示一定會解決好😊

酒店大堂很氣派，環境非常好，特別是前台琪琪非常熱情，幫我升級房型，微笑服務，做事也很細心，讓我有種賓至如歸的感覺，房間衞生也乾淨整潔，酒店地理位置也很方便，入住整體感覺比較舒適，推薦！
