The facilities were very old and run-down. The wall outlets were so loose that my charger wouldn't even stay in. The air conditioning would turn off shortly after being switched on, requiring me to get up and restart it every time. I couldn't tell if it was broken or intentionally set up that way. Luckily, it wasn't cold during my stay, so the AC issue wasn't a major problem."
