服務態度好，幫忙叫車幫手提東西幫忙幹這幹那的，特別是提前打電話提醒幫手預訂黑石號演出門票。服務態度超級好。酒店距離主要活動都很近，基本都是圍繞我們酒店舉行的活動巡遊，特別是無夢到銅官，在二樓就可以看到，出到門口也能看到，酒店還是婚姻登記處，主體建築更是古建築，非常優美。附近也靠近飯館，走兩步就到黑石號演出場地，十分方便。

Technically, I am not reviewing for this hotel but a Sister Hotel tongguanyao lijing hotel because this one is currently under renovation. They swapped me to a suite instead, was I pissed yes, did their service make up for it? Also, yes. Their service staff was really attentive, especially with the turndown service

體驗非常不錯，在園區裏面，有電頻車接送，在裏面玩到天黑也不用擔心，房間裝修還是花了心思，很多古傢俱，最重要的是下雨天剛好還有活動，小朋友可以彩繪，服務也不錯，提前告知很多事項，唯一不足的是，早餐太差了，一碗麪條，還比較油，品種過於單一，小孩子太小不會使用筷子，放棄吃早餐了，建議酒店可以在週末煮一點白米粥，蒸幾個紅薯，要不了太多錢，但是有小朋友的可以照顧一下

AAndreas KarlNo complaints. The room was pretty compact, but I can't say I didn't have enough space. The layout makes it work. The bathroom is a tight fit, though. Didn't really make use of the hotel's amenities, but I checked them out, and they seemed to be as advertised. The location was pretty good; not super close to anything, but also not particularly far. Staff are welcoming and enthusiastic. Honestly, at the price point, it's actually a bit of a steal.

1. Location is very good
Other than that;
Reception was located in 11th floor, and there was only one elevator available. Which is quite annoying as we had to carry our luggage up to 11th floor, then came back down to the floor where we had to stay which is 3rd floor.
Check in experience was super not satisfying. We arrived over 3pm and they said some of our room was not cleaned/ready yet. (Then we finally found out that it wasn’t ready because they had to show it to some random group that we met during checkin time). An argument happened there within my family and staff there.
We finally got our room ＞4.30pm.
Room was small, luckily it was clean.
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you can find other available hotel within this area. Unless others are full and you just want a small room to rest but enjoy other things outside.

CCameo19I stayed for 3 nights over Christmas at the W Hotel and it went above and beyond all expectations! From the sleek, modern design to the impeccably clean facilities.
It felt very festive as windows and tables were adorned with delightful Christmas decorations, the highlight was the lovely pink tree on the first floor, it was super cute!
The entire staff's commitment to ensuring my stay was exceptional deserves high praise. They catered to every need with a level of care and attentiveness that exceeded all expectations. Day 1: Lovely plate of fruit. Day 2: Cute knitted pouch with candy. Day 3: Xmas-plate of fruit and chocolate log.
Plus a big shout out to Eric, who was super attentive and assisted in organising my Christmas Eve afternoon tea and the delicious 5-course Christmas Day meal. (It was pricey at 1288, but included the regular buffet, and a gorgeous red basket with gifts plus an oversized bag! So was worth it.)
The bar/chill out area seems to be the hangout place.
The energetic atmosphere on Christmas Eve was super cool. There was a runway showcasing several models and a cool DJ. It added an exciting vibe to the festivities, making the evening memorable.
Furthermore, the huge swimming pool and changing room facilities felt luxurious, only thing missing was a jacuzzi, although sauna and steam room were great.
Additional info: hotel is connected to the mall, line 2 metro is accessible via the mall which made is super convenient to travel around the city.
Definitely recommend staying here!

HHans_TKEn primer lugar, mi comentario es que este hotel era mucho mejor que nuestras expectativas, en realidad era muy bueno de todo lo que esperaba.
Primero, para una ubicación muy cerca del subterráneo (chaoyangcún), tomar salida 5 o 9.
En segundo lugar, el control en curso fue muy rápido y profesional.
En tercer lugar, la cama y todas las instalaciones están en buenas condiciones y limpias, incluso las piernas están disponibles en 2 tipos, medio duro y suave.
A la entrada del hotel hay un lugar muy delicioso y barato para comer.

CChuaaaaaLocation was perfect which is a stone throw from peiyuanqiao mrt station. Lobby is at level 3 and our room is located at 58 Level. Overall, room is equipped with smart system which we are very satisfied about but the only complaint is the water temperate seemed very unstable. Breakfast was okay but the spread is limited.

PPUI MENGHotel is located next to the Changsha Railway Station which makes train travel to Zhangjiajie West Station very convenient.
I like it that the metro is just outside the hotel too. Line 2 (blue color) will bring you directly to Orange Isle (6 stations away). The same line will also bring you to Wuyi Guangchang, the main pedestrian street lined with restaurants and shops. The noodle soup at breakfast was good.
I would suggest that the hotel provides the standard two pillows instead of one.
I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

Hotel front desk staffs are cheerful & friendly. Fast & smooth during check in. Room is very spacious with large bed size. Well housekeeping, nice & neat cleaning by the staffs. Wash room & toilet is large space with bath tub too. High flooring 15-24 level with city view.
Breakfast serving buffet style but can be improved better with more varieties food serving. Overall recommend to be first choice hotel when visiting here, CHANGSHA MUYI H HOTEL!
