Strategic location to stay at Changsha. Connected to line 2 & line 4 metro and very convenient for us to travel around. The food price are not so expensive in my surroundings area.

We were upgraded to a larger room, which was a bit bigger! The hotel is next to the subway station, which is extra convenient. The breakfast is amazing, featuring a lot of choices and a lot of staff available to replenish the food. Unfortunately the water for the shower was not really hot, so we could not use the bath tub.

This is great experience at this hotel, we had 2 separate bookings this time first 3 nights, second was 4nights. The room is lovely and cozy, I requested higher floor smoking room and they tried their best to arranged it. The reception staff are very friendly and efficient. Especially 九月 ( WeChat name)as butler, she helps me a lots. My husband and myself are both very happy to come back again and again. The housekeeping team is also so nice and polite. The wine and snack set is bonus for our room, we tried couple times, also very good. The location is so convenient, the tube is just outside 2 mins by walk, there is line 1 and line 4 both. All in all, we love our choice.

The hotel staff were exceptional. From the female duty manager on Monday at noon who happen to be seeing off a guest and saw me and my wife and helped us with our luggage. She was most polite. Female staff DING was exceptional in so many ways. She gave me clear directions so many times with patience and clarity. She also rendered service beyond her call of duty as I saw an item in the ro8om and wanted to purchase it. She liased with the vendor in Shenzhen and arranged for it to be delivered the next day to Shangrila Shenzhen, and updated me.

Firstly, the service is extremely good and marvellous...the CS called 棒棒棒 is very helpful and get me to the local pharmacy for buying the medicine asu nephew encountered diarrhoea....appreciate if her help. Secondly, I must praise their laundry service as we just handover our clothes to them for washing with FOC....this service even in global 5 star hotel also can't compete as it is chargeable. I think the shortcomings will be the gym facility as quite outdated with less maintenance..don't waste it as there is such big place for gym

Very nice, modern and clean hotel. All the staffs, especially Ding Ding and the other male staff (i didn't get his name) provided excellent services to us. I am so impressed. Will stay here again if I come to this town next time.

I really enjoyed staying here. Great value for what you stayed - the reception upgraded the room for us. Plus they have the delivery robot in the hotel that is so cool. Dingding is very helpful. The gym needs to renovate as it looks different from what it’s shown in the pictures. The reception told me they changed it out of the safety as some customers doesn’t know how to use it and hurt themselves. (P.s. that’s silly innt)

The hotel was amazing, it was a smart hotel with voice control. Location was good, near to train station. Otherwise, taking cab is also convenient. There is the famous tea shop right downstairs. Will stay again!
