The hotel is amazing, very clean and spacious. Services and amenities are exceptional with live singer at night at RUNWAY Bar. Concierge is very helpful and kept my luggage well while I ran errands.

Well service in W hotel, all staffs and manager are really nice and they always concern what we want. This is my parents who 50s anniversary and they set up a great decoration in the room which surprised us.

Very short stay in Changsha and I chose W hotel as usual, this becomes my favorite and only choice in Changsha!

Absolutely incredible stay from the moment you step foot on the property and until you leave.
The staff prepared a lovely card and gift in our room to celebrate our honeymoon. The hotel pool was a lifesaver during the 35+ heatwave. Breakfast was excellent with a huge variety to choose from.
Rooms are spotless, there are western TV channels and great soundproofing between rooms and to the street below.

The W Changsha is perfectly situation above the Yunda shopping centre with loads of shops and resturants including haidilao, Mcdonalds, Starbucks, luckin coffee and 100s more. The best part is the hotel / shopping centre has a direct walkway to the metro station changsha avenue (Line 2) so you can go from your room all the way to 5-1 road 五一路 without stepping outside in the rain or extream heat in the summer. Changsha is am amazing city and this is probably the best hotel.
The location is brilliant for those who are looking to access the high speed train station or airport. It is a little far from the downtown area but it's just 20 minutes on the metro and I prefer being slightly seperate from the hustle and bustle
The gym, pool and bar are epic and there is house music playing everywhere from the moment you walk through the door. Older more traditional business travelers may prefer the St Regis next door.
