酒店位置非常好，交通非常方便，老街，黃興步行街，五一廣場都直接可以溜達着去，也可以步行或一站地鐵去橘子洲頭，湘江邊散步也很好。
酒店下樓就是老街的街口，地鐵出門左轉。這次全程在長沙坐地鐵，這家酒店位置很不錯！
環境也很好，浴室水壓是這麼多年住酒店裡最好的，溜達回來舒服的沖個澡，感覺心情都好了！
吃飯也方便！衞生也很好！
去湖南博物院、長沙博物館、簡牘博物館直接出門地鐵！過江去嶽麓山也ok，全程方便，去火車站和火車南站也可以地鐵交通！

家酒店的服務真的很棒！前台接待熱情友好，客房乾淨整潔，設施齊全。早餐種類多樣，味道好，性價比超高！下次還會選擇入住這家酒店！

我在這家酒店住了幾天，體驗非常棒！房間寬敞明亮，床鋪舒適，服務員態度熱情周到。從入住到退房，每一個環節都讓人感到滿意。酒店設施現代化，房間乾淨整潔，員工熱情有禮。下次來這個城市還會選擇入住這家酒店！

Late check-in แจ้งผ่านทางแอพไป แต่โรงแรมไม่เก็บห้องไว้ให้ เลยได้ห้องที่อยู่ชั้นบนสุด ไม่มีลิฟต์ ต้องยกกระเป๋าหนักๆขึ้นไปเอง เลยไม่ประทับใจ ห้องสวย ไม่แย่ แต่พื้นไม่ค่อยสะอาดเท่าไหร่ เหมือนเป็นห้องสำรองเอาไว้ โรงแรมlocationดี ติดกับตลาดTaiping และใกล้subway เลยเดินทางสะดวกค่ะ

白玉蘭位置非常好，地鐵二號線湘江中路2A出口走三四分鐘就到了，即使拖着行李也不累。
前台很熱心友善，知道我衹有半天時間主動幫我把退房時間推遲到下午兩點，而且主動介紹太平老街（就在樓下）嶽麓書院等地的遊覽建議。
房間雖然不大，但乾淨整潔，毛巾都是獨立包裝，用起來很安心。
總之這次來長沙選擇白玉蘭真是明智！

房間簡潔。乾淨舒適！
服務：前台的妹妹服務很好！介紹長沙有什麼景點和美食。
環境：酒店邊就是太平街、美食眾多。去五一廣場、文和友都很近。離地鐵站也衹有幾分鐘路程。旁邊也有公交車站。交通超級便利！

房間乾淨，用品做的很細，紙杯和毛巾都是獨立包裝，床墊軟軟的，躺着很舒服，前台接待服務好，住了兩天，第二天來的保潔阿姨工作特別認真負責任，人品好，是旅途可以放心入住的酒店

因為對酒店環境有點要求 不愛住民宿 怕網上的酒店照騙 正好這次來長沙是淡季就沒有提前訂酒店 下飛機直奔太平老街 吃飯的時候定了個附近的酒店 結果過去了還是被“騙了” 在居民樓裏面 很多酒店前台都在一起 而且來得早沒有我們的房型了 讓我們重新定 就直接走人了 想着邊逛邊留意 到太平老街牌匾這裏居然旁邊就有酒店 超級方便！！一進大堂就覺得香噴噴的 很舒服很温馨 工作人員態度非常好 因為臨時定的 沒有空房了 還幫我們升級了房型 還送了飲料給我們喝 晚上回到酒店想看看電視 不太會調 打電話給前台秒接 立馬師傅就上來教我們怎麼弄了 住宿全程都很舒服 房間雖小但很乾凈整潔 很滿意的一次旅行！下次來長沙還住！

差評，務必差評。將近800元定一晚親子房。房間連郵局的空間都沒有。首先説一下地理位置，超級無敵旺的五一廣場太平街附近，樓下就是超級無敵多人的食肆，烏煙瘴氣亂七八糟的環境。離地鐵站5分鐘不用的路程，但需要上約1.5層樓的階梯。第二説説服務，唯一讓我滿意之處，前台服務員態度好，主動送水送零食。第三衞生，就是快捷酒店的衞生，不是特別不乾淨，衹是床單有黑毛2-3條，地上乾的時候不覺，如果濕了踩上，一攤一攤的黑跡而已，其他眼不見為凈吧。第四我最討厭的，房間連走路也要側身走，大件行李根本沒地方放置，外套連個掛的的地都沒，全部堆在床上。價格不説了，心疼，如果200元多我覺得還是能接受這種環境。真的，説句真心的，自己出差住這沒關係，帶孩子千萬不要選這裏。
