EELCValue for money. Location is near city centre and just 5 min from metro so convenient to get around. Room inclusive of buffet breakfast . Originally was worried if the rooms will be old but turn out pretty well. Reception staff were all friendly. I requested late check out due to train schedule but the receptionist on duty told me to request next morning. Before I could request again, someone contacted me to offer late checkout. The service team seamless handover was superb! specially shoutout to the room attendant that cleaned our room. The room was clean, tidy and smell good. She even cleaned our spectacles and wrote a small note. What a personal touch that I did not expect of the hotel given the room rate was affordable. Will definitely be back if I visit Changsha again!

MMeiyoujaqi～La siguiente es una experiencia real de alojarse aquí.
No hay servicio de recogida, pero sí de traslado al aeropuerto.
El servicio es muy cálido y se percibe el entusiasmo y la sonrisa sincera. El trato y la atención de los empleados del B&B deben ser excelentes.
Servicios de valor añadido:
Los postres del té de la tarde de lujo son deliciosos. Durante su estancia, puede disfrutar de café, zumo, fruta y té.
La fotógrafa de viajes es muy entusiasta.
La imagen promocional del ”Bar de Cócteles” es falsa y muestra la apariencia de otros bares en la puerta. No tiene relación con el B&B.
La lavandería y el gimnasio están juntos.
El gimnasio es pequeño y tiene pocos aparatos.
”La lavadora tarda mucho en lavar y secar”.
El minibar tiene pocos productos. Además del agua mineral estándar, solo hay una botella de Coca-Cola de 200 ml, una lata de cerveza y una botella de yogur.
Los bocadillos en el armario son solo una pequeña bolsa de patatas fritas y una bolsa de gelatina Xizhilang.
La sopa para la cena estaba fría cuando nos la trajeron.
El desayuno no es muy variado, pero es exquisito y está en línea con el gusto del público, y el panecillo está delicioso.
El regalo de despedida no es superficial y cuesta algo de dinero.
Higiene de la habitación:
1. Los herrajes de la habitación están muy descascarillados, el enchufe está muy rayado y el secador de pelo tiene evidentes signos de uso.
2. La bañera tiene una pegatina de la tapa usada por el anterior huésped que no se ha limpiado.
3. El cuerpo de la botella de agua Gujing tiene una pegatina de sello muy visiblemente desprendida.
4. El sofá se movió para comer y se encontró que la pegatina del certificado de conformidad de la alfombra se había caído.
5. Hay un pequeño trozo de cinta adhesiva blanca transparente en el cabecero. 6. El minibar tiene mucha suciedad en la superficie.
7. El lavabo es feo, algo insoportable para personas con trastorno obsesivo-compulsivo. El lateral está lleno de moho y parece que nunca se ha limpiado. Al lavarse la cara, se puede ver moho en un dedo al sostener la mano.
Instalaciones de la habitación:
1. El cabezal de la ducha en la parte superior del baño está completamente obstruido por la zanja, y varios orificios de drenaje no descargan agua o descargan poca agua y la descargan en ángulo.
2. El interruptor de la ducha hace mucho ruido.
3. El aire acondicionado es muy ruidoso (zumbido al encender).
4. Las ventanas están mal insonorizadas. Las ventanas y las puertas están bien cerradas y se pueden escuchar las bocinas de los autos afuera, el ruido de los autos apretujándose en el camino empedrado y las voces de los transeúntes. Elegí la habitación del tercer piso a propósito (la gente del bar de abajo bebe y charla al borde de la calle temprano por la mañana y por la noche, y el ruido es inmenso).
Resumen:
Los detalles no están en su lugar, el personal de mantenimiento no invierte en gastos de mantenimiento y el personal de control de calidad no presta atención. Otros son muy buenos.
Todo lo anterior se basa en el precio de la habitación de 1000. La insonorización y las instalaciones no valen la pena. Creo que me volví loco. No dormí bien esa noche, lo que provocó la cancelación de todos los itinerarios del día siguiente.
Recomiendo sinceramente que el propietario o el encargado de una casa de familia se trate como si fuera un huésped y se quede una noche para experimentarlo.

Ccustard_02Me alojé aquí 6 noches. La habitación estaba impecable, el servicio de habitaciones era fantástico e incluso tenían robots para la entrega de comida. Mi último día de vuelo era en mi último vuelo y me ofrecieron un servicio gratuito para transportar mi equipaje al aeropuerto, así que no tuve que cargar con él, lo cual fue una gran ventaja, ya que mi vuelo no era hasta las 19:00, pero la hora de salida era a la 13:00. El equipo de atención al cliente también fue fantástico.
El único inconveniente es que el hotel está muy cerca de las zonas más populares, por lo que a veces puede ser ruidoso por la noche, así que si tienes el sueño ligero, te recomiendo reservar el mismo hotel, pero quizás en una ubicación diferente, ya que tienen muchas sucursales por toda la ciudad.
En general, estoy muy contento y satisfecho con mi estancia; uno de los mejores hoteles en los que me he alojado.

UUsuario invitado酒店特別貼心～衣服烘乾了幫忙放到房間裏，各種需求都能及時滿足。房間空間大，衞生乾淨，距離商場很近很吃喝方便。前台跟阿姨都很熱情負責，退房發現有東西落在房間，馬上就幫忙找到寄到我們手上。全方位無死角的滿意！！而且酒店設施很好、投影高端大氣上檔非常好，主要投影還有VIP，投屏也非常方便！

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel is conveniently located near the pedestrian street, making it easy to get around on foot. However, the surrounding area feels a bit secluded and dim at night. That said, the interior of the hotel is very comfortable, spacious, and clean — a pleasant and relaxing stay overall. The staff were friendly and polite, providing excellent service. I’m very satisfied with the experience and will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

UUsuario anónimoLa habitación es bonita y la iluminación es buena. El hotel cuenta con aparcamiento gratuito, lo cual es muy práctico para viajar y está cerca de la plaza Wuyi. El servicio de recepción es muy bueno. El gerente del hotel llama con antelación para preguntar sobre los requisitos del check-in y organizarlo con antelación. El desayuno del hotel también es delicioso. La próxima vez, consideraré este hotel para viajar en familia.

CChenxideyezi2008Por primera vez en Changsha, antes vivía en otras ciudades en el hotel Bai Zhengland, me siento muy bien, por lo que esta vez decididamente elegimos este hotel. Esta ubicación es buena. Desde la estación de alta velocidad, la estación de metro se encuentra en la línea 2 y sale de la línea directa a menos de 500 metros. Está al lado de la calle Taiping, Una puerta del hotel es, y es conveniente dondequiera que vaya, basicamente puede llegar a caminar, 5o Plaza, Pooy Street, Huang Xing Walk Street está cerca, y la próxima vez volver a vivir en su casa.

YYas_miniReserva una vista de revisión la vista era excepcional. El desayuno era poco brillante y no estaba en condiciones normales. La habitación era decente y el limpieza podría ser mejor. Además de la mantenimiento general de la habitación.
La casa de huéspedes no existía. Todo lo que se hizo fue cama algo ahogada y toallas frescas y agua. No se hizo ningún limpieza de nada más que fue muy decepcionante para un hotel de 4 estrellas. También hemos continuado saliendo de papel higiénico.
Solicitar acompañamientos en xiaodu fue inútil porque nunca llegaron.
