Before we even arrived on the island, the hotel proactively contacted us to confirm our arrival time and arranged a pick-up service. I want to specifically commend Mr. Liu, our driver. He was incredibly reliable and warm-hearted. Since there are no ride-hailing apps on the island, taxis need to be booked via phone calls. Mr. Liu helped us arrange transportation and suggested places to visit, and every single recommendation was fantastic. He saved us both hassle and money. Overall, we had a very satisfying stay. The food was great, and we had a wonderful time. If we ever come back to Guanglu Island, we'll definitely stay here again."
