La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada, y estaba en un piso alto, lo que la hacía muy tranquila. Al hacer el check-out, Ivy me preguntó sobre mi estancia y si necesitaba extender mi hora de salida. El servicio fue excelente y la ubicación del hotel también. ¡Recomiendo alojarse aquí!

El hotel ofrece una excelente relación calidad-precio y una ubicación fantástica, justo al lado de las líneas 1 y 2 del metro. Ivy nos saludó y nos presentó Changchun con detalle tras el check-in, demostrando una gran amabilidad con los forasteros. Se preocupó proactivamente por nuestra estancia e incluso nos ofreció una salida tardía, lo que nos permitió relajarnos mucho. El check-in fue rápido y eficiente, la habitación estaba bien y el personal brindó un servicio excelente. Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel.

Esta fue la peor experiencia hotelera de todo mi viaje al noreste de China, sin duda. El servicio fue incluso peor que el de un hotel económico cerca de una atracción turística. 1. Muy poco amigables con las familias. El conductor mencionó que este Hyatt colabora con varias empresas, así que probablemente no necesiten viajeros individuales como nosotros. Tengan cuidado si viajan con niños. 2. El personal de recepción y el de limpieza tuvieron actitudes completamente diferentes. El personal de recepción fue muy amable, pero el de limpieza fue pésimo. Pedimos en recepción una cama supletoria para nuestro hijo, y cuando llegamos a la habitación, la señora que nos ofreció la cama supletoria simplemente nos dijo que sacáramos el sofá y hiciéramos un sofá cama. La verdad es que… Si no querían una cama supletoria, podrían haberse negado en recepción o incluso haber puesto "Cama supletoria gratuita para niños" en la lista. ¿Acaso otros huéspedes no piden camas supletorias? ¿Siempre responden así? 3. ¡Absolutamente no vayan a la piscina! La recepcionista tenía cara de pocos amigos y una actitud pésima, probablemente pensando que estábamos retrasando su hora de cierre. Lo peor fue que no nos permitieron dejar las batas en la piscina después de usarlas; tuve que llevarlas a mi habitación, supuestamente para contarlas. Es realmente extraño; es la primera vez en mi vida que me encuentro con una persona tan extraña en un hotel. 4. El mayordomo me agregó a WeChat después del check-in. No entiendo el sentido de agregar a alguien a WeChat después del check-in. Después de comentarle al personal de la piscina sobre su mal servicio, me respondieron que simplemente habían malinterpretado sus palabras. ¿En serio? En resumen, me quedé cuatro noches en Changchun y también varias noches en otras ciudades del noreste de China. El peor hotel en el que me alojé fue el Hyatt Regency Changchun. Aunque es un hotel de cinco estrellas con mucha tradición, resulta que es solo un nombre sin sustancia.

The condition at this hotel is HORRIBLE and the service response is EXTREMELY SLOW. Definitely not up to Hyatt’s usual standards. Think twice before choosing this place. I will come back NEVER FOREVERRRRR…

We had a very pleasant stay at the Hyatt Regency Changchun. The service is truly top-notch — the staff are exceptionally friendly, and their responses are always fast and helpful. Whenever we needed assistance, they handled everything promptly and professionally. The breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of choices, making mornings very enjoyable. The only small point to note is that some of the furniture is a bit dated, as the hotel has been around for quite some time. However, this did not affect our overall comfort or experience. Overall, a great stay with outstanding service and a fantastic breakfast.
