"Worst ever!! When we arrived at yhe hotel we were i formed that payment was declined on trip.com end. We would have to call them and figure it out. The lobby was filthy. Celing tiles were loose and in danger of coming down in the breakfast area. Couldn't find a phone number for trip.com, and when I finally did they said they would call back in 15 minutes. Since it was early evening on a Saturday with a large event happening., we were worried we couldn't find a room so we found another hotel that had availability. Trip.com called back and said our reservation was confirmed after the fact. I informed the gentleman that we wouldn't stay in a place that was on such poor condition and would like a refund. Of course the answer was they couldn't do it because it was a non refundable reservation. Their offer was $66 in trip coins for a $370 reservation! I asked him if he would allow his family to stay there and he said no. But yet I was expected to stay!! I hope your company can be more upstanding than what I have experienced so far . Maybe sending someone to these hotels to check the quality before allowing guests to make reservations there would be a good idea! Since the majority of your customers have never been to these hotels we rely on your services to give us decent quality because we have to go in sight unseen. WE PUT OUR TRUST IN YOU AND I FEEL CHEATED!"

"I think the location was great, quiet area but still close enough to places to shop and eat. Very friendly staff and very clean room. Throughly enjoyed the stay. While breakfast is very standard, the food lady was such an amazing person and so quick to refill dishes. Would come back again for another stay."

Lo mismo con toallas no respondían al teléfono, así que tuvimos que bajar las escaleras para que se nos dijera lo mismo. No había ducha, así que cuando llegamos allí tuvimos que ir al frente para conseguirlos (aún no hay respuesta telefónica) El baño no fue nada, el jardín de ducha no fue al suelo (douche accesibilidad me lo da), pero eso significa que el agua iba en cualquier lugar y cuando tienes niños era extra malo sin labios para el duche, así que el agua sólo sale en el baño. Las camas y confortantes terribles que eran tan finas como el papel Nunca volverá a quedarse aquí"
