不是24小時前臺，只是上午8-11，靠門禁進出，像是家庭旅館，但是稱呼是酒店，樓梯像72家房客的樓梯，沒有電梯，房間沒有被褥，僅是床單，凍的要命！價格昂貴不帶早餐，早餐自負11歐元，不值，總體看，沒有性價比可言！

Christof y su esposa me hicieron sentir como en casa todo momento, siempre con excelente voluntad en cada uno de mis requerimiento. Habitación muy cómoda con ducha fácilmente regulable y buena conexión de Internet. Esta muy bien ubicado y acepta mascotas.

Stayed in this lovey family hotel end of February for a ski trip. Family were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were modern but in keeping in context to the charm of the area. Just set off the Main Street and close to ski bus plus lots of rental shops close by. We left a window open and every morning around 7am you could smell the fresh pastries being cooked. Couldn’t fault our stay and if coming back to Chamonix I’d look to book again.

Very cozy hotel with alpin feeling, perfect location close to everything in town and the ski cabins. Nice and welcoming personnel, tasty breakfast with quality french products (better to pay it directly at the hotel and not use the additional fee for breakfast suggested when you book because the price may be three times higher). The only thing less comfortable was the beds that were too small and a bit hard. I would come back.

This hotel is a family running guestroom type. Very good location, but the room is very small. The carpet is very dirty and smelly.

Beautiful boutique hotel hosted by lovely people. The rooms look as though they were recently updated...clean and cozy, and no smaller than any typical European hotel of similar style. The bathroom looked brand new. Delightful in every way. Highly recommend!

This hotel is delightful. Charming and tucked away just 1 block away from the city center, shopping and dining.
The building is darling, the rooms were clean and, the owners were on site and very kind and helpful.
We definitely would return.

A fabulous hotel, wonderfully hosted by the owner. The hotel is in a great location in the centre of Chamonix and only a 14 min walk from the bus station.
We had a brilliant stay at Hotel Clocher. Cannot fault the room or service we received.
