First of all, I have to give a credit to a hotel staff called Maxim who did help to save his hotel’s reputation. When I did the checkin, already clearly declared that we had two guests to stay, but they reacted like being fine and accepted and didn’t need to do anything. However, in the second morning, when I was having breakfast with my old father (his birthday as well), the staff they suddenly asked me to pay my father’s bill for that breakfast only. I was so confused. I think in this case hotel should enhance staff training on check in; and in my opinion whatever who was correct, hotel junior should first perform instant judgement on how to do, but not kept talking, found your supervisor for seeking advice. And, for an elderly customer and just a day breakfast, in general, it’s totally easy and full of room to waive. Proper authorizing power should be given to manager level for efficient decision; and earning a better hotel image which was very cheap reputation to buy.

One of the best hotel I ever stayed in south France. The surrounding is scenic and with view of aiguille. Must sit and enjoy the sunset, mountain turned golden!! Parking is easy. Great recreation billard table, game machines, fitness/gym and huge lobby with comfortable sofa. Rent bike (with helmet) for free. In the evening u can sit and enjoy live music. Dinner menu changes. There’s shuttle service but please check. I didn’t take because I drive. Plus super friendly receptionists. I will definitely be back to stay in BIG SKY.

Perfectly stay to visit Chamonix! Room is clean and beautiful, service is reliable. Mountain sightseeing is amazing!

Amazing location and view. Restaurant menu not the greatest but the hotel is extremely close to Chamonix, and the hotel provides public transportation passes in case you are travelling without a car. Great amenities.

Very good facility, new, clean and modernly decorated room.

Nice rooms, we got a room with the Mountain View. The room had a peculiar smell of wood but it was acceptable . Swimming pool has a great view overlooking the Alpes. We had a nice relaxing stay and can recommend it.

Pool wasnt warm so wasnt as nice as I had hoped. Would if loved a sauna at the hotel over a jacuzzi, that again wasnt warm. Good breakfast! Definitely worth the extra to get you fuelled for the slopes. I 100% would recommend hiring a car, we managed to venture to other ski slopes and get home when we wanted to rather than having to go vis the bus timetable. The bus stop is on the hotel grounds though so not too bad. Not walking distance to the slopes. The hotel staff were great. Gave some good advise on getting over to Italy for the a day, we had the mont blanc ultimate pass and was totally worth it to visit Italy and the wider slopes. The ski shop gentleman was amazing, super helpful. Well worth the money to stay there.

Great place , friendly staff , delicious food

My experience was good, the rooms are very blue dark , and waiters not organise, the rest was fine. Sitting area was very cosy.

Lovely modern hotel, clean spacious rooms and breakfast was great. Pool and jacuzzi cold. Sauna had been removed from site and gym was pretty pathetic. The staff were friendly and it was a very warm and welcoming hotel. Location was a bit far out from the centre with no restaurants nearby. Buses were about a 10 minute walk and every 20 minutes.

Great hotel and location close to town. Service is limited but adequate for a hotel. Will stay again.
