"We booked 2 rooms, the bathroom ceiling of one of the room were damped and balcony lock was broken due to which cold air kept coming in. The bedsheets were dirty, upon replacing the bedsheets, even dirtier bedsheet came from the staff. For the second room, there was no key to the room, hence, the room was continuously open. We had to keep our documents and luggage at the mercy of the cctv camera and hotel manager, no replacement key was made available to us. No glass to drink warm water, room was not even prepared for the check in even our check in was during 5pm in the evening. Worst experience ever, won't recommend anyone ever."

Breakfast and food is mouthwatering and fresh , view from all cabins are stunning .. Only a bit away from city centre but when you have the best view it doesn’t matter .."
