Yard service comes weekly/bi-weekly depending on the growth. We always do our best to let you know what day they’re coming! We do have several farm trucks on the property. Renter is allotted ONE (1) garage space for spring/summer/fall stays. Owner uses other space for storage of classic vehicle. (Owner may access this vehicle with 24 hours notice.) Please Note: Due to snow and ice, the garage is not accessible at all November - April! (Outdoor parking is available) Guest is responsible for their own snow removal during winter. (Power shovel and manual shovels provided.)
