The property is located in a very serene, calm and green environment . You are welcomed at the reception in a traditional manner and the check formalities are done in a jiffy . You are then off to your exclusive cottage consisting of a large air conditioned bedroom , with and attached dressing room and an attached bathroom of a very decent size. It is great to go around the property which has promenades for walking, swimming pool , bar, gaming room/spa etc. You can’t be bored. All your food requirements are taken care of . Breakfast/ lunch/ high tea/ dinner even food packed for your safari trips on all days that you are here. And finally the service at the restaurant is exceptionally good. All the staff is extremely courteous and is ensuring to make your stay comfortable and memorable.

An amazing, serene and beautiful getaway near Nagpur where you get the much needed sense of escapism in any season of the year. The surroundings remind you of peaceful times in life, and everything from the pool to activity room is a perfect opportunity to spend quality moments with your family. The food and staff leave no stone unturned in making sure you have a 10/10 stay. Make sure to ask them for the chef’s special gatte ki sabji, or a preference for desserts. The staff will smilingly arrange it for you. Before you leave, don’t forget to pamper yourself at their spa for a well deserved massage.

Comfortable stay. Restaurent has good food. Property is beautiful. My kids enjoyed the games room, bicycles, buggy - battery car rides, swimming pool and food choices. Chef Ravindra Sharma spoke to us during all meals. We enjoyed our time here. There should be more to do activities like walking trail to the lake behind cottage 206. There are 2-3 lakes nearby. Guests would enjoy walking to those lakes.

The services provided by Mr. Rajkumar were superb and undoubtedly the best. His suggestions to the food choice during our breakfast , lunch and the dinner were the best. The food was made non spicy and the tea was adjusted to suit our taste. We wish him the best for his future.

From April 11 to 14, 2024, my family and I had the delightful opportunity to stay at the ITC WelcomHeritage Vanya Vilas in Kolara while visiting the Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve. Our accommodations in the premium cottages were truly luxurious, offering comfort and elegance amidst the breathtaking beauty of nature. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the exceptional culinary experiences and the warm hospitality extended by the resort's staff. Each meal was a feast for the senses, beautifully prepared and served with utmost care. We were particularly impressed by our service staff member, Rajkumar Sahoo, and the Head Chef, Ravinder Ji, whose attention to detail and dedication to providing an unforgettable dining experience were remarkable. Their friendly demeanor and professional service greatly enhanced our stay, making us feel thoroughly pampered and well cared for. I am deeply grateful for their efforts and highly recommend their services to anyone visiting this exquisite resort. Their exceptional hospitality is sure to make your stay as memorable as ours.

Excellent service! Great property! I have stayed at Tadoba a couple of times in the past few years and I feel Vanya Villas was probably the best here. The service was exceptional—almost every employee would say hello, smile and try to talk to you. The service in the dining area was exceptional from Manorajan, the Managar, to the Chef, and to the waiters Haseena and i think it was Rai Kumar —they were always going way beyond expectations. The food was good. I felt the desserts and the non veg selection were not the best esp if you are not a fish eater as there was a fish curry every night we were there. The mocktails at the poolside need to be better in taste. The High tea was wonderful—the paani puri was a big hit with the entire family. Ravi, Rithvik and Ajay always ready to help whether with the pick up in buggies or with a smooth check in. Sandeep the house keeping manager introduced himself and was keen to ask how we were and how the rooms were. The women cleaning the weeds out of the garden even smiled and waved. It was just so much positive energy. The cycles, the game room—the kids and we really enjoyed. Over all the stay was great even though the sightings were not that great. I feel the biggest drawback for the resort is that the location isn’t near the Moharli area so if you are coming in off season and are unable to get Navegaon as a buffer, this might not be the ideal location for a tiger lover. However during season when cores are open I would think it would be a great choice. quite dry and empty. We stayed at the interconnecting studio cottages and missed having the cane chairs that you could see at the other cottages. I would request the management to add that and to have more plug points in the room. Also, I think for evening safaris, it would be nice to get some coffee and tea and some biscuits.

Excellent hospitality. Lovely food spread. Homely atmosphere. Overall a great experience.. Lovely clean villas and very quick service. The experience at the resort was fulfilling with lots of greenery and very close to wildlife experiences. Most of the tiger reserves gates are closely and hence there is easy access
