The Chinese Restaurant Fu Lue Woman Manager- Som for no apparent reason has been very unprofessionally rude, repugnant and impertinent to me! Not once but every visit of mine is met with such obnoxious attitude. She would tell me that they are very busy and the food would take more than an hour and a half to serve even though the restaurant is not even half full! Whatever I order from the menu she would tell me it’s finished including desserts but then I see others ordering it and it’s being served to them. Also, I have not finished my order she would pretend to assume I have finished ordering and walked away! She would pursed her lips, give me a contemptuous glare and make a “tsk” sound with her tongue when I continued ordering! No one can fathom what kind of service staff would be so vicious and vile in service like Som! She’s a total disgrace to both the hospitality and service industry! Definitely NOT an asset but a TOTAL LIABILITY to the organisation that chose to hire her. One rotten egg spoils the entire basket! I don’t recommend this Chinese Restaurant.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön, der Service einzigartig. Wir wurden herzlich mit einem Erfrischungsgetränk in der Lobby empfangen. Danach wurden wir zu unserem Zimmer gebracht, alles wurde durch einen freundlichen Mitarbeiter erklärt. Das Hotelzimmer war gross, hell und sauber. Jeden Tag wurde es gereinigt, neue Handtücher bereitgelegt. Ein Balkon mit Blick auf den Hoteleingang war dabei. Der Swimmingpool mit Blick auf das Meer war atemberaubend. Das Restaurant in dem wir das Abendessen zu uns nahmen war ebenfalls mit Blick auf das Meer wunderschön. Der Service war einzigartig, das Personal super nett und zuvorkommend. Waren immer darauf bedacht das es uns an nichts fehlte. Der Abschied fiel schwer, denn es war ein traumhafter Urlaub in einem tollen Land, mit sehr freundlichen, entspannten Menschen die uns den hektischen Alltag in unserer Heimat vergessen ließen. Sehr gerne kommen wir, wenn es uns möglich ist, in dieses wunderschöne Land sowie Resort wieder.

Although the Regent is rated with multiple stars, it currently offers rooms at rates that are far below the competition. The reason: you get what you pay for. Whereas there is nothing wrong with anything specific in the hotel, it is also not up to standard for a 4 or 5 star rating. The overall facilities are there, the rooms are clean and spacious, but the difference is in the details: some chipped furniture, some spots on lampshades, poor quality work when in the past some seams were repaired in the bathroom. Basically, the hotel feels ”worn out” and requires a renovation. But if you want to spend a few days with the family in a place with nice pools and several child-friendly activities, and without breaking the bank, then this is certainly the place to be.

This is the best front beach hotel for family and chilling out even hotel was so busy but still very nice to stay here. Bar beach very nice. Only one staff at bar but she is very nice. FB servers are so lovely and nice to help and suggest. Specially K.Pon (sorry i forget his name) Front desk were attractive to help us specifically K.It (bell boy) he is very active. K.Puy (GSA) is good to help us also. Breakfast was okay, food is good. but I would love to recommend to egg station. FB should have a order papers egg because we have to stand there and wait. Room was smell not good but it okay. Water smelly from start but after a while it better. HK were nice. Overall here is very nice. We will come back here again.

Muchos lugares para comer tailandés y inglés alrededor de la zona en una distancia de paseo cerca de la playa .... playa tiene sillas de cubierta que se pueden alquilar por un pequeño precio si comes y compras comida del propietario sin cargos para sillas también camas solares en la playa 200 Bart para 2 camas y como Muchas sombras como usted quiere todo el día.go disfrutar ....El buen tiempo para ir ahora los hoteles son cuartas partes completas debido a la falta de turistas Caronvirus que nunca hemos visto y señalado ....Marzo 2020

Tenía que pedirles que detengan el agua del jardín un día para que pudiera tomar un duche.. sprinklers en ninguna ducha en la habitación de la habitación.. por eso no recomendaría ni quedarme otra vez ....

¡Estoy tan contento de que reservar el lugar equivocado! Pensé que el hotel sería en Hua Hin y no Cha-Am, pero el alojamiento en el Vann Resort era absolutamente perfecto! Todo era genial! Personal, habitación, piscina, servicio ... Todo estaba en la parte superior! La habitación era perfecta, y la habitación tenía todo lo que necesitaba y era capaz de abrir la puerta y entrar a la piscina o simplemente sentarse junto a la piscina relajada era muy grande. El hotel está muy bien, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. El hotel está situado en una zona de la playa ..., pero tiene un servicio de navegación gratuito desde el hotel que le deja y le recoge en la playa Cha Am. ¡No es culpa de los hoteles si no comprueba la ubicación del hotel! Estoy enfermo de personas que se quejan de las ubicación de sus hoteles cuando pueden comprobarlo antes de reservar! El desayuno fue delicioso, he intentado 4 cosas diferentes. Si desea relajarse y disfrutar de su vacaciones en un lugar tranquilo, este es el lugar! Información de la habitación: - Portátil con seguridad - Secador de pelo - Prensa y ducha - Refrigeración - Aire acondicionado y techo. - Cafe, Tea & Daily Water Bottles - Duchagel, Shampoo & Condicionador (2in1) - Soap, Showercap, Sanitary Bags & Cotton Bubs - Smart TV (50”?) con Netflix, YouTube y más. ¿Volveré? The hotel is beach front and in the good location not far from Bangkok. Easy to travel to the Hua Hin downtown. The restaurant, bar and spa in the hotel are good choices if you don't want to go out. The price is not cheap but with high standard of five star hotel. We could say it' reasonable price, not very pricey. Love this place and absolutely will come back every year.

酒店service 好好， 所有staff 都好helpful , 可以安裝酒店app 同佢地直接對話/ book shuttle 之類， 都好方便。 酒店設施唔算勁多， 但係都夠用同埋環境都relax , 係d 裝修開始有d 殘舊， 房入面既窗簾係充滿污積， 露台門唔可以正常閂門， 最後要搵staff 幫手暴力解決 酒店位置近七岩， 如果要去call 車華欣市區比較唔方便亦幾遠（去market village / 夜市大約45mins 車程） 酒店有提供付費shuttle , 不過班次比較少， 對於想出市中心玩既人唔係太推薦。

We had a super decent stay at the hotel. Thought it will be better to have more restaurants and spa facilities, the food quality was second to none. We had breakfast buffet and dinner at the restaurant, the breakfast had so many choices and the quality was great. For the dinner, the Italian dishes were excellent and out of our expectations. Highly recommend to have it a try. I would love and must come again for a longer stay. Their sky beachfront room were too good to be true.

La habitación se ha mantenido limpia a lo largo con su personal muy atento durante el limpieza. El desayuno no es buffet, sino un menú conjunto, es abundante es agradable. El personal de espera está atento al notar que el café no es suficientemente caliente y el cremador no se disuelve bien, rápidamente ayudó a sustituir a ambos vasos de café con disculpas. Aparte del hotel, hay algunos estallos de carretera, así como algunas tiendas donde se puede obtener buenos alimentos. También está cerca de una tienda de conveniencia 7-11. Tenga en cuenta que cada miércoles los estallos de carretera se cierran. Estamos tan contentos con nuestra estadía que reservamos otra estadía durante las próximas vacaciones chinas del Año Nuevo.

Todo acerca de este hotel fue por encima de la media, excepto para las habitaciones. El personal era muy amable y bienvenido. El desayuno tiene una gran variedad de platos. Las piscinas fueron limpias y bien mantenidas. Lugar tranquilo. ¡Pero las habitaciones ... Muebles fechados, TV CRT (en 2020!?), Y algunas moldes en las paredes del baño. ¡Tienes que hacer algo sobre ella!

Excellent hotel for the beach. The breakfast is very good just ask the staff for eggs cooked the way you like. The room was very spacious and excellently clean. and we booked a pool room and you just opened the room door on to the terrace and stepped in to the pool. Very impressed The staff were incredibly kind and friendly. They could not do enough for us. We will definitely come back to this hotel The management should be very proud of their staff they were wonderful The manager was unbelievably kind as well and a lovely person

The resort consists of a number of villas laid out on a large area of land. Widely spaced so it is very quiet. It is just off the main road, but there is a 7-11 close by and a restaurant on the other side of the road. Apart from that not much outside of the area. Friendly and efficient reception staff and transportation to the room. The room is big with an extra couch, a fridge with complimentary water, a balcony and a bathroom with toilet and shower. All is not new but in good condition. The aircon is a bit loud. There is a coffee machine, but the cups need to be purchased at 50 baht each. WiFi works well, only annoying the repeated request for log in. At night the room is very dark. There is a large pool (about 30 meters long, 1.20 m deep) with around it enough reclining chairs. A bit spartan, no cushions, as with the chairs on the balcony. The hotel is situated on the beach front.There is some music from the bar but not too loud and bit away from the bar it is quiet. The restaurant serves mainly Thai food and sometimes here is some live music (mostly Thai songs). Breakfast is very extensive and service is friendly. There is the inevitable music to entertain you, but if you prefer to unwind more quietly you can sit outside or by the pool. All in all this place is good value for money.

El hotel es muy bien gestionado, todos los procesos se depuran, la colonización de grandes grupos se está haciendo rápida. En el desayuno todo lo que se ofrece es suficiente, no termina, incluso con un gran restaurante. La principal deficiencia en la habitación es la falta de sockets gratis junto a la cama y la mesa, si necesita usar un laptop, es relativamente conveniente utilizar el socket de televisión sólo si la desactiva. Las demás sockets son incómodas. En la foto lo mostró. No hay toallas ni agua potable en el gimnasio, es también menor.

We arrived on the 10th July 2022. We checked into our fourth floor Seaview room in the early evening and went out for our evening meal, when we returned and unpacked we noticed how small the room was, certainly smaller than our bedroom at home, but we did have a Seaview. The bed was certainly less than 183cm, I'm 188cm so my legs hung over the end of the bed, my Partner was ok though. The aircon was working, but about 4.30am there was a loud bang outside of the room and the aircon stopped working. The only way you can contact reception is to walk there or use your mobile phone, it was cool so I decided to report this later, which I did. The Engineer from an outside company arriver later in the day and decided this may take some days to repair. The Manager on duty decided we could not change our room, so I asked for a refund which was denied. Then it was decided that we had to use our room during the day, but sleep in another room that had working aircon at night, the first room was on the third floor, we used that for two nights then transferred to the room opposite our on the fourth floor, which had been empty all the time we where there. Different Manager could see the problems we were having walking between rooms on different floors and no help or assistance given carrying our luggage between rooms. Eventually the aircon in our room was repaired, took a team of three Engineers to complete the task and we moved back into our booked room. The Managers on duty when this incident occurred, two young men are in need of extensive customer relations training, you should not have to knock on the partition at reception to gain their attention, too busy looking at their mobile phones to deal with anyone. We wanted to rent a motorbike, reception quoted 500 baht a day, everywhere else 200 baht or less per day, so we rented elsewhere. We found that our motorbike had been moved during the night on one occasion, to a place where it blocked access to the kitchen entrance, one of the kitchen staff was very rude to my Partner, thinking we had placed the motorbike there. The positive comments on our stay, the breakfast was really good and all but three of the Staff were excellent.

Hôtel en cette période essentiellement occupé par des Norvégiens qui sont intarissable sur l’absence de maintenance des locaux et des équipements. L’échelle de la piscine a perdu une marche, il y a trois ou quatre ans, mais cela n’a toujours pas été réparé. Autre détail, l’hôtel ne savait pas ce qu’était une lampe de chevet, seul un plafonnier éclairait la chambre.

Although the Regent is rated with multiple stars, it currently offers rooms at rates that are far below the competition. The reason: you get what you pay for. Whereas there is nothing wrong with anything specific in the hotel, it is also not up to standard for a 4 or 5 star rating. The overall facilities are there, the rooms are clean and spacious, but the difference is in the details: some chipped furniture, some spots on lampshades, poor quality work when in the past some seams were repaired in the bathroom. Basically, the hotel feels ”worn out” and requires a renovation. But if you want to spend a few days with the family in a place with nice pools and several child-friendly activities, and without breaking the bank, then this is certainly the place to be.

We had a super decent stay at the hotel. Thought it will be better to have more restaurants and spa facilities, the food quality was second to none. We had breakfast buffet and dinner at the restaurant, the breakfast had so many choices and the quality was great. For the dinner, the Italian dishes were excellent and out of our expectations. Highly recommend to have it a try. I would love and must come again for a longer stay. Their sky beachfront room were too good to be true.

La familia de 3 adultos y 2 niños jóvenes estuvo en esta habitación familiar con cama de abajo por una semana. Fue nuestra primera estancia en este lugar. El hotel está situado en la zona menos atravesada Cha-Am, que es bueno. El hotel es muy grande con varias piscinas. The pools had slides for both children and adults. The bedroom had a king-size bed and a bunk bed and is located near the kids' pool. The hotel had an Italian restaurant near the beach which only opens on weekends.
