Apartments Hlapi with Spa

Honestly really disappointed by this place, the worst accommodations I have stayed in during my 5 weeks in Europe so far(Switzerland, Bulgaria, Croatia and Slovenia) and one of the more expensive ones. My biggest issue was the beds, they are almost unsleepable, honesty you can feel every single spring, I don’t think I have ever had a worse bed in any accommodations around the world. Sheets are also old and rough. Hosts seem rather unaccommodating, they make it very clear that check in is not possible before 3pm, most accommodations are flexible and will let you know the standard check in time but are willing to work with you if the room is available, here they want 20 euro an hour, which is crazy. Same with check out which is listed as 11 on third party booking sites, but they claim is 10:30, when I pointed this out they said ok you can check out at 11, well 11 is the listed time so of course I can check out at 11, it’s not like you are doing me any favors. Otherwise location is good, but they only have 3 parking spots in front, so if you are not the first three here you need to park in a different lot and drag your bags over. Sauna is the bathroom is nice, but takes almost an hour to get up to temperature. Other small things that are annoying like them asking you to take your trash out, I’m booking an accommodation and there is a cleaning person, if I throw my garbage in the trash that should be sufficient and the cleaning person should be able to take it out.
