"Desde hace años hemos sido invitados a esta estructura siempre hemos elegido el apartamento 6 o 3 vista puerto canal de Cervia...se ve en el puerto canal tanto la ventana de la habitación como la de la estancia vista maravillosa con barcos y mercados ... Cada habitación tiene aire condicionado y una TV ofrece ropa de cama, estabamos en 4 con 2 niños la ducha es grande y muy funcional. Para el establecimiento de baño fuimos a Cerviamare a unos 15’ a pie una caminata entre las calles de Cervia agradable . En la zona del apartamento se encuentran todos los servicios y el centro de Cervia. El personal maravilloso, Sara nos ha acogido con una dulce infinita y siempre está disponible para cualquier petición. Consejo!!!"

" This hotel is a beautiful property. It is well maintained and nicely decorated. It is in a nice area where there is a supermarket, snack bars, pharmacy, and ice-cream shop at your doorstep. The little marina with great restaurants is a 15min walk away. There is also a street with shops and eating places, a 10min walk from the hotel. I highly recommend the Al Pirata restaurant which is only a 5min walk. Actually, you can eat great food almost everywhere. The hotel provides bikes so you can cycle around the streets filled with gorgeous trees, and go to Milano-Maritima which is just next door. We had a superior room with a sea view. It is not a big room but was a sufficient size. The bathroom has an amazing shower, but the toilet seat is uncomfortable (narrow and high). For a 4-star hotel, I just expected them to provide slippers, bath robes and tissues. The swimming pool/jacuzzi was a great addition to the hotel. It is well maintained and kept clean. It is also nicely decorated and has plenty of sunbeds. The breakfast has a great variety of food except that they serve artificial juices and not fresh ones. The sea water is warm and perfect for swimming. The train station is around 5min by car from the hotel. I would return to Cervia and stay at this hotel again."

Hotel Delfino ★★★

"I booked a triple room for two nights at this hotel by mistake and was contacted by the front desk to confirm a double, which I accepted without hesitation. We arrived at 8:20 PM and, once we entered the room, discovered that the air conditioning wasn't working. The manager informed us that the air conditioning doesn't turn on if the door or window is open, forcing us to remain locked in a stuffy room for an hour. Because he had "other things to do," we went downstairs several times, telling him it wasn't working, and he, annoyed, said, "Okay, let me fix this, otherwise." They had no other rooms available except two to clean, leaving us to suffer in a room that felt like 40 degrees Celsius. We suggested cleaning one of the two. After hours of waiting, we decided to take a shower anyway so as not to further ruin the evening. We left the hotel at 11 PM, missing our 9:30 PM restaurant reservation and ending up eating a piadina on the street. After the evening, we returned at 4 AM and finally changed rooms. However, in the new room, the sink had a broken filter—calcium, I don't know, but it splashed water everywhere, and brushing our teeth or face felt like we were at a Riccione water park, but we overlooked that issue. The next day, after a day at the beach, we returned to the hotel at 7:30 PM to shower. When I turned on the faucet, I was hit by boiling water, and the shower head came loose. It was broken, and it fell on my foot, cutting me. We called the front desk, and the manager responded sarcastically, telling us to go to Lourdes or something along those lines, claiming that we weren't at the Palace Hotel and that it wasn't his fault if we decided to shower at 7:30 PM (which apparently was too late for him to shower). I should point out that even a zero-star hotel shouldn't lack basic amenities like water and air conditioning. We had two rooms, neither of which were functional. I went downstairs to argue with the manager, who was extremely rude and yelled in my face. Of course, I reciprocated. The only silver lining was a blonde staff member who was mortified and incredibly kind. After this inconvenience, two hours passed, and they came to replace the shower head. I dried my hair and the hose on the 1950s hairdryer came off because it was obviously burned out. Despite all this, we weren't even offered a refund for this disastrous experience. Two days at the beach to relax, two days in which we couldn't. Avoid this hotel at all costs."

Meet Hostel Cervia ★★

"Nuestra habitación en el 4o piso era muy más allá de la cama de los espartanos en las otras recensiones: sin cómodos (ni una mesa ni una mesa de apoyo en la habitación), nada abat jour, en el armario de la habitación triple había sólo una gruñera, en el baño sólo uno ganche para los 3 toallas de ducha, ningún pencil donde arreglar lo necesario para el baño, dispensador de espuma de baño y jabón vacío, la puerta de entrada de la habitación dejaba entrar la luz del pasillo también desde los lados. La limpieza de los entornos era superficial y poco precisa. Muy limpia las lenceras y toallas. Baño recreado, ducha espacial, nuevos saneamientos. Parecía justo acomodada pero todavía completamente incompleta en el mobiliario para una estancia a precio pagado (100€ / noche sin desayuno, festival de los ajolones ). El desayuno, pagado 3€ por persona además de la noche, era sin duda espartana, pero también desorganizado y escalofríos tanto en las canastas (que no estaban) como en los suministros de bebidas y comida. Mejor hacerlo en el bar. Salvamos la alegría del personal, la posición frente a la pineta y el aparcamiento interior espacial, además de la limpieza de la ropa de cuarto y la anchura del baño . "

"I rate the negative experience rather than the hotel itself. Unfortunately my wife and I got sick with a fever of 39 as soon as we arrived at the hotel and our son was in great shape. After two days in this situation we decided to leave early and the owner in response told us that a few lines of fever in the summer are normal and no one has ever left the hotel for this and therefore he would have made us pay a penalty of 600 euros. (Even though the hotel was not even full) When we returned home we were prescribed antibiotics for 10 days and I recommend resting in a cool place and not in the sun (which is impossible on vacation). Given the literature on the subject I am not at all sure that the hotelier acted correctly and therefore I will report it to the consumers' association and the hoteliers' association."

"We went for the Italian Ironman which is held in Cervia. Hotel was very central, easy to walk to the Ironman start and finish line and the run and bike leg is right out the front of the hotel. You can easily walk to the Old Town and you should as there is not much around the hotel to see and do. Great little pizza place just around the corner, but we paid for full board so had breakfast, lunch and dinner supplied in the Club Hotel Dante Restaurant - food was great every day. Room was good everything we needed. Good place to stay"

"I stayed in June 23 at WuHostel with my companion for a mini-fuge in Cervia last summer and it was not the first time we stayed there, we stopped other times to make some evenings in Milan Maritima or to bring our own they have been in the sea in Cervia for a few days and show her grandparents who live there. En la experiencia compleja especial pero con certeza CONSELADA."
