Valoraciones de Tavia Heritage Hotel

Ambiente no muy limpio en detalle, la piscina cierra a las 5 y sinceramente es un poco kitsch No está claro dónde está el spa, no parece haber una extensión real del SERVICIO de spa, lo cual es muy diferente.

Hotel renovado con nuevo nombre y nuevo concepto, más estético, limpio y fresco. La habitación era espaciosa, con interiores blancos por dentro y por fuera, lo que la hacía parecer más amplia y limpia. El menú del desayuno no es muy variado, pero el aspecto del nuevo restaurante es agradable. Las piscinas no son muy grandes, pero son suficientes. El aparcamiento también es grande.

The service is good, the room is clean and tidy, the location is strategic in the city center, the breakfast is yummy, yes, next time I go to Jakarta I will stay here again, highly recommended.

First, i am booking for 1day.. after for 4night again.. all 5night in Travia.. love it ! For stay, for sleep n for working after a long day in Jakarta.. Thank you !

The location was fine and we did take advantage of amenities including room service and massage. The food was not great but it wasn’t bad although the massage was strange as the masseuses came to our room and did not allow for much privacy. We also used the dry cleaning/laundry service which was supposed to be express but took about 6 hours (4hrs longer than we paid for). The interior could do with an update as the furniture and carpet feel very dated.

Do not stay here. I thought this would be a modern, clean hotel. The rooms smelled like vomit and urine and were old and outdated. The rooms were dirty and I found stray hairs in the bathroom. I needed some laundry done and requested express laundry (4 hours). I came back 6 hours later and my laundry was not done. We almost missed our train as a result. I tried to resolve the issue with the front desk, and they had no idea where my laundry was and tried to get me to pay the express price. I would assume there are better options in Jakarta

Seneng bgt dpt kamar yg ada bathtub nya JD anak puas berendem dikamar , plus compliment birthday cakenya lucu bgt kue nya jg enakkk mkasih bnyak ya tavia team 😍 Oia makannanny lumayan enak2 cm untuk omelet krg berasa kyk hambar Trnytaa ada Playground disamping kolam renang JD anak jg ga bosennn ada mainan , dpt hrga termurah 3hr 2 MLM cuma 1.1jt😍
