"Me and my wife have been there for one night. The room was in a buildung where a famely lived for a very long time. So the building is steeped in history. We had a had a spacious bedroom/living romm and an extra bathroom. It was very clean. The lady who welcomed us was very friendly. She explained us the family history of the house. The hotel is situated on the banks of the river drava, very nice! In the morning we useed the time for jogging along the river. A big thank you to the staff for the warm welcome!"

"A special thank you to the young lady at reception, who was exceptionally kind, patient, and helpful throughout my stay. She guided me through the directions to the hotel, helped resolve my parking situation after I forgot to reserve a parking space, and made the whole arrival process completely stress-free. She also kindly provided an extra pillow, which made my stay even more comfortable and ensured a great night's sleep. Small gestures like these make a real difference and are a wonderful reflection of the hotel's hospitality."

"Inexistente. Llegamos al hotel y resulta que está cerrado (sin aviso previo, e-mail, ni nada). Te indica un papel en la puerta que llames a un número esloveno o envíes un correo para más información. Al llamar, nos indican que el hotel al que nos mandan de "sustitución" es un hotel que está a 18 minutos en coche del centro de Maribor, en mitad de la montaña. Reservamos un hotel en el centro de la ciudad para una estancia de una noche, y tuvimos que acabar yendo a más de 20 minutos fuera de la ciudad en coche (y gracias a dios que teníamos coche). Lo único positivo son las instalaciones del hotel de sustitución (Hotel Arena), que estaban muy bien, con todo muy limpio, muy buen desayuno y el personal muy amable. Pero lo de llegar a un hotel reservado y que, sin aviso previo, esté cerrado, no tiene sentido."

"The room description mentions “garden views”. We’ve got a view on a wall. Actually no room has a view on the gardens (cf picture). What a scam. Very rude receptionist who LIED to us and to her boss pretending she offered us another room when she actually told me everything was fully booked. We changed room for the last night but the experience was ruined. Also AC wasn’t working properly."

"I chose it because it is an inn along the river, which is a highlight of the city. Enjoy the sunset from the bridge in front of you. Standing leisurely along the river, within a 3-minute walk to the wine museum and tasting shops. It was a good inn with the best location, clean and staff 々 atmosphere.
