This visit to Marco Polo truly saddened me. If you read some of my past reviews of this hotel I noted it was my favorite place to stay anywhere in the world. This was my first post Covid visit and I was shocked and disappointed. - Basic maintenance has not been completed. For example, there is a glass elevator that goes to Blu their rooftop restaurant. This elevator was out of order and when I asked why I was told “Covid.” Covid travel restrictions were lifted a long time ago and that’s no excuse. In a second example, we returned to our room after a long night and the key did not work. It turned out the battery in the electronic device on the door needed to be replaced and the front desk understand the issue immediately, so this must happen often. Good hotels replace these batteries on a schedule so the guests never suffer from dead batteries. - Service, which used to be outstanding?@, is now unacceptable. First, the English language skills of most employees we encountered were sub par. Second, the person who checked me in was being trained, so the check in process was very slow. Third, service at the poolside bar during lunch was slow, the waitstaff inattentive and they failed to include my banana shake on the bill so as we are leaving the grab us and give us a second bill to pay. Fourth, service at breakfast was terrible. I had to ask for black tea three times before I got it, seeking some out 3 times as no one ever came to check on us. When we arrived around 9 AM there was no bacon (later replenished with bacon that looked so bad I did not even try it, fatty and not crisp), there was 1 banana, which was never replenished, there were no juice glasses (later replenished). The food quality was adequate but not nearly up to pre-Covid standards. Overall the service was lacking. - I was also disappointed that the lobby lounge, which used to have live music every night now has piano music only and only 1 night per week I am told. - There was a cart of dirty linens in our hallway both days Some of these things are not expensive or hard to fix. It doesn’t cost a lot to have live music in the lounge nightly as there are lots of singers groups looking for opportunities. It doesn’t cost a lot to make sure you change door card batteries regularly Others are basic requirements if doing business. For example you don’t leave a glass elevator to one of the most expensive restaurants in Cebu out of order for month/years. I am purchasing a condo unit in Marco Polo residences and expected to regularly visit the hotel for meals/drinks, but if this is the quality and service we can expect, then I will not be utilizing their services.

Así que en un nudo: PLUS: - El cuarto era sorprendentemente barato para lo que es. - La unidad de aire y la TV eran relativamente nuevos. - El cuarto tiene WiFi gratuita. - La ubicación era buena, todo lo que necesitaba es caminable desde el hotel, literalmente están justo abajo (restaurantes, comida rápida, tienda de conveniencia, masaje, etc.) - El restaurante donde se sirvió el desayuno también era estilo japonés - placas de aluminio con Compartimentos, CLAYGO estilo comedor. - Estacionamiento gratuito para los huéspedes del hotel. DELTA: - El tiempo de entrada para los no miembros es 4:00, entonces el check-out es a las 10:00! Si no viaja para negocios, esto será difícil. Desde que estaba con mi esposa, tuve que pagar una tarifa adicional para que podamos entrar temprano, para que ella pudiese descansar mientras iba a trabajar.

Nuevo edificio, agradables y espaciosas habitaciones, limpiarán todos los días y cambian toallas. Rellenas de café y agua. Completas instalaciones con su propia cocina frigorífico de agua y zona de comedor. Nice camas dobles. Vista de la ciudad 😍 y bonita piscina. El hotel dispone de un restaurante con un gran menú y 360 vistas a la ciudad.

En el hotel, el hotel está muy cerca del aeropuerto y de los restaurantes y de las tiendas de comidas durante un viaje reciente a Cebu. A la hora de la visita, la ciudad de la ciudad se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad. La habitación era muy buena, pero no estaba en el baño. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no se puede hacer nada. Bueno, la mayoría del ruido vino de compañeros que caminan por los pasillos después de hacer bars, supongo. Buena elección de hotel muy cerca del hospital cebudoc. Todo el personal es muy servicial y amable. Tarifa muy económica pero todavía tiene opciones de desayuno. La conexión wifi era fuerte. Hay tantos puestos afuera para comprar comida. Muy cerca del centro comercial Robinsons. Todo se puede ir andando.

Me alojé por 3 noches, pero el kit de higiene personal solo se entregó en nuestra última noche de estadía. Nway, la experiencia general es excelente. Cerca del 11 de julio, por lo que no es necesario que ordenemos a través de Grab. Recomendado por tarifas asequibles 🙌 ¡gracias!

La experiencia fue excepcional y el servicio fue secundario a ningún otro. La comida era más deliciosa que la de las comidas, y no podía esperar a más platos en el futuro. Queremos dar un reconocimiento especial al Chef Ri, ella nos ha comprobado para asegurarnos de que nos disfrutamos de la comida, una cosa rara y mucho apreciado. Reconocimiento especial, así como a nuestro servidor Michael, fue arriba y más allá para hacer nuestra visita memorable y fue uno de los más atentos que he visto, ofreció la más alta calidad de servicio y otros en el futuro tendrán un tiempo difícil para ajustar su Gracias por todo lo que ha hecho para hacer nuestra cena uno que no olvidaremos.

This was a nice resort. The service staff were kind and accommodating and let me check in early and upgraded my room when I told them I’m checking out at midnight and won’t even be sleeping over. It was so nice to just enjoy a pool day right before our 2:40 am flight. We had fun, took naps, and didn’t have to go to their airport too early to wait around. The evening buffet was delicious. We wanted to get a massage but the price was too much compared to other places. The beach was great to snorkel and we had a lot of fun looking at the fish. They had a fire show by the pool in the evening. Just a few concerning points: -The water from the shower was warm but didn’t get hot enough to enjoy so we had to take a bath instead which provided a good temperature - They need to update their carpet in the room so it looks more modern. This carpet looks like from the 90s. I know it can’t be that old but it’s got that vibe. -Two slides in the kids’ area were closed and not able to be used -Wave pool was closed I guess I knew this would happen. When you go to these kinds of places, there’s always something that’s closed or broken. -The beach sand is very hard, wear water shoes All in all, it’s a nice resort. Very bustling, full of energy and lovely.

We checked in last Sept.15-17 in Fili hotel we had a blast my family were satisfied all the services they offered. The hotel is a five star hotel, so its all worth it what you paid for. The last day we checked out accidentally we left my sons’s iphone in the room we noticed it when we were on the road heading home. I messaged the duty manager MR. STEVEN ROYO SANTIAGO assured to me that phone is just there in the room. Other staff were looking and asking others to help them to find until MR STEVEN SANTIAGO personally went to the room and searched and he found it. I am so happy, HONESTY and INTEGRITY is the right words for you sir STEVEN thank u so much.
