Hoteles cerca del International One Way Outreach Church, Cebú

We went to Cebu for a few days and decided to stay here since the location is near almost everything that we need and the rate is cheaper compared to other hotels nearby. Here are my thoughts: 1. Originally, we booked a Deluxe Room (one queen bed and one single bed) via phone a week prior our arrival. The Receptionist told us that the room can hold three guests since they don't have a room with three beds. 2. When we arrived, I was surprised to see how small the room was. The beds can definitely fit three adults / persons but the room itself is quite cramped for three people with luggages. You can't even walk around the room without bumping to each other or bumping to the furniture. 3. I went to the Reception Area and requested if we can have three single beds instead. In my head, I imagined that with three single beds, we could have more space and navigate a little freely. 4. Arrived back the hotel around 8ish (after having dinner) and was disappointed that our room was not arranged how we requested several hours ago. 5. Went back to the Reception Area and explained what has transpired. It was a good thing that the staff there were polite that kept me from making a scene. 6. I explained (again) that the reason why we're requesting for three single beds because the size of the room doesn't suffice three adults. Receptionist apologized and ALSO agreed that the room was too tiny for us. I almost laughed because when we checked in, I explained to them that we were three guests. They even asked for a 500php fee for the additional person. Why didn't they tell us from the start that the room was not equipped to accommodate three guests? 7. I requested for a bigger room (Family Room) which only costs 100php more than our original room. Luckily, there was an available room the following day until we leave Cebu. 8. Family Room was definitely spacious. It has a one queen sized bed and a sofa bed. The room was adequately clean but there are some evidence of worn out furniture and old sheets (clean but minimal stains). Fortunately, the bathroom was clean and the towels were relatively new. 9. We requested to ”Make Up Room” the next day since will be out the whole day that time. When we got back, again, felt really frustrated because the room was still unkempt and the trash weren't taken out. Needed to call the Reception Area again. 10. They provide free WiFi but they will just give you a piece of paper with the code. And the code is only good for one gadget for two days. If you have like five gadets, you need to ask five vouchers. Since we were at the 4th floor, for some reason, the internet gets disconnected from time to time. 11. They don't offer free water daily. I suggest that you stock up your room with water. 12. Aircon is old. It can cool the room partially because it's just a window type zircon which I think is just less than 1 horsepower. It's manual. 13. No trash bin inside the room. You need to go to that bathro

El alojamiento en habitaciones para dos es sólo 1.600 por noche. 3. La habitación es pequeña pero cómoda para dos huéspedes. 4. Aunque es pequeña, la habitación es limpia. 5. Las camas son cómodas. 6. El aire acondicionado funciona bien. El frío para un día caliente. 7. Baño limpio con calefacción, ducha y toallas. Puede solicitar papel higiénico diario. 8. Estaba en la habitación no 214. La cama no parecía cambiar, ya que parecía gruesa, la alfombra demasiado fina se sentiría sin duda fría, el matón de piso parecía tan viejo y vestido, la bolla en la sala de confort no estaba limpia tan bien como era amarillo. La habitación es muy agradable, pero no hay ningún tipo de ventana, pero hay una ventana muy pequeña en la habitación, cubierta de una cortina de laurel. Si, este es un hotel de presupuesto, pero por favor haz que su habitación sea al menos completamente limpia y cómoda para sus huéspedes. Las fotos postadas en Internet son completamente diferentes en la realidad. Debí haber leído las malas críticas antes de la reserva. De todas formas, espero que mejoren.

Este hotel es asequible y vale la pena el dinero que gastaste. La cama es grande (desde que viajo solo) y el personal fue amable y útil con todas mis preguntas. Fui afortunado que podía estacionar mi coche fuera. Justo cerca de Malls y restaurantes. Y luego la comida también es asequible.

Staff were great but you pay for extra water (Php20 per 250ml) or pillow (Php100). Location is great. Literally beside the city hall. There’s a bakery beside the hotel and restaurant at 2nd floor. Staff there are super friendly and kind. Noticeably a bunch of lovely crystals at the lobby.

A pesar de ser un pequeño hotel, las habitaciones son limpias y confortables, adecuadas para el precio que usted paga. El hotel dispone de una zona de baño con calor y frío con bidet. La ubicación es perfecta con cerca de la cafetería, la atm y el banco, el hospital y el centro de masaje. Si desea comidas grilladas, hay 2 restaurantes junto al hotel. La tienda de conveniencia como 7 está cerca, cerca de la Sala de Capitol. Aproximadamente 20 minutos a la Mall del Centro Ayala si no hay tráfico pesado.

The hotel is located in the north part of the city with a proximity to Robinson, restaurants and 7-11. The room was well-renovated and clean. Universal and USB power outlets are provided. 1,000 peso in cash is need for the deposit. There is a rule not to eat delivery food in the room.

Brand new economical whimsical hotel that my children love right in the middle Of the city. Have big indoor slide, giant tik tac to game, gym with new equipments, a basketball ring, a gallery, someToys available also. There’s a small pool inside the hotel, but since there’s a construction nearby, not to compromise safety, they’ve closed off the pool with the Citadines infinity pool as alternative. Famous Local Sunburst & a grocery & other interesting restaurants is conveniently beside the hotel. Queen room was small, but very clean & great interior. Water dispenser is available in the aisle & a pantry too, if you wanted to have a meal outside instead in the room. Rate of S$63 came w set breakfast for 2 that was prepped made to order at an open kitchen by very perky chefs. Washer/Dryer onsite too. Hammocks are also at guests’ disposal. Their dining area also are to note. We were attended to at the Front Dest by Jules, really friendly & accommodating guy that my kids weren’t shy talk to. And the place smells like bubblegum. 🥰 Be back soon with more family. Thanks, we loved our stay!
