The hotel room is clean, staff are friendly and the hotel is is near Ayala Mall and accessible to different resto, fast foods, banks, money changer and many more. I requested king bed however the only available bed when we checked in is 2 twin beds, but its ok. Their bed is very comfy and the comforter is very clean, and it looks like new. Most of all it is very affordable for those who needs a nice place but budget friendy. I will surely recommend this hotel.

The location is very strategic and easy to find. From the hotel you can go arround the town conveniently. You can find a lot resto and fast food chains outside so less hassle. The downside with our experience was that the room wasn’t spacious enough because we had 2 luggages and we were opening it the whole time. We stayed for 2 nights. Although if we didn't have a lot things with us, that should be fine. Another was that of the shower, the running water wasn’t so convenient. It took a little bit long for us to get our shower done. Hospitable staff though! In the picture, we really had a lot of things going on. We sorted out some goods to give to our relatives who were in cebu and we just had arrive at this time. 🤣

We had overall very pleasant stay at the Amber Hotel. It has good location close to many restaurants and you can easily take Grab to anywhere in the city. The breakfast is in the restaurant downstairs, they only serve filipino breakfast, not much to choose from for vegetarian. Also you need to ask if you want cleaning or change of towels, which is not problem. Just something to keep in mind. I asked if I could borrow an iron, it was never delivered even after asking 3 times.

We checked in last Sept.15-17 in Fili hotel we had a blast my family were satisfied all the services they offered. The hotel is a five star hotel, so its all worth it what you paid for. The last day we checked out accidentally we left my sons’s iphone in the room we noticed it when we were on the road heading home. I messaged the duty manager MR. STEVEN ROYO SANTIAGO assured to me that phone is just there in the room. Other staff were looking and asking others to help them to find until MR STEVEN SANTIAGO personally went to the room and searched and he found it.
