This visit to Marco Polo truly saddened me. If you read some of my past reviews of this hotel I noted it was my favorite place to stay anywhere in the world. This was my first post Covid visit and I was shocked and disappointed. - Basic maintenance has not been completed. For example, there is a glass elevator that goes to Blu their rooftop restaurant. This elevator was out of order and when I asked why I was told “Covid.” Covid travel restrictions were lifted a long time ago and that’s no excuse. In a second example, we returned to our room after a long night and the key did not work. It turned out the battery in the electronic device on the door needed to be replaced and the front desk understand the issue immediately, so this must happen often. Good hotels replace these batteries on a schedule so the guests never suffer from dead batteries. - Service, which used to be outstanding?@, is now unacceptable. First, the English language skills of most employees we encountered were sub par. Second, the person who checked me in was being trained, so the check in process was very slow. Third, service at the poolside bar during lunch was slow, the waitstaff inattentive and they failed to include my banana shake on the bill so as we are leaving the grab us and give us a second bill to pay. Fourth, service at breakfast was terrible. I had to ask for black tea three times before I got it, seeking some out 3 times as no one ever came to check on us. When we arrived around 9 AM there was no bacon (later replenished with bacon that looked so bad I did not even try it, fatty and not crisp), there was 1 banana, which was never replenished, there were no juice glasses (later replenished). The food quality was adequate but not nearly up to pre-Covid standards. Overall the service was lacking. - I was also disappointed that the lobby lounge, which used to have live music every night now has piano music only and only 1 night per week I am told. - There was a cart of dirty linens in our hallway both days Some of these things are not expensive or hard to fix. It doesn’t cost a lot to have live music in the lounge nightly as there are lots of singers groups looking for opportunities. It doesn’t cost a lot to make sure you change door card batteries regularly Others are basic requirements if doing business. For example you don’t leave a glass elevator to one of the most expensive restaurants in Cebu out of order for month/years. I am purchasing a condo unit in Marco Polo residences and expected to regularly visit the hotel for meals/drinks, but if this is the quality and service we can expect, then I will not be utilizing their services.

The hotel is along the hi-way very accessible to Ayala malls, Pier 1, Airport,Sm seaside, Robinson Galleria, Market, staff very helpful and friendly, service excellent..... restaurant classy.... I'm happy and satisfied.......

The location is walking distance to Ayalla mall which is very convenient. the room was generally clean but the furnitures are a bit old and stained, it looked dirty. The room that i was given had a connecting door to another room which was occupied by others. I could hear their voices clearly when they are talking and laughing. I did not feel comfortable having that comnecting door, but since i was only staying for 1night, i did not ask to be transferred. I just felt like they should have told me before giving me that room. Those who plan to book here, if you are not comfortable having connecting doors to another room, better ask before checkin. Its really annoying when they think its ok.

La habitación es muy grande y incluye desayunos en la reserva. Altamente recomendado porque se halló aparte de las tiendas de drogas de cadenas de comida rápida, etc. en la zona. Es un hotel con una gran variedad de habitaciones, y un hotel con una gran variedad de habitaciones.

The location is very strategic and easy to find. From the hotel you can go arround the town conveniently. You can find a lot resto and fast food chains outside so less hassle. The downside with our experience was that the room wasn’t spacious enough because we had 2 luggages and we were opening it the whole time. We stayed for 2 nights. Although if we didn't have a lot things with us, that should be fine. Another was that of the shower, the running water wasn’t so convenient. It took a little bit long for us to get our shower done. Hospitable staff though! In the picture, we really had a lot of things going on. We sorted out some goods to give to our relatives who were in cebu and we just had arrive at this time. 🤣

En el hotel, el hotel está muy cerca del aeropuerto y de los restaurantes y de las tiendas de comidas durante un viaje reciente a Cebu. A la hora de la visita, la ciudad de la ciudad se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad. La habitación era muy buena, pero no estaba en el baño. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no se puede hacer nada. Bueno, la mayoría del ruido vino de compañeros que caminan por los pasillos después de hacer bars, supongo. Además, el hotel es de gran valor por dinero. Estoy ansioso por quedarme con ellos en viajes futuros.

Me alojé por 3 noches, pero el kit de higiene personal solo se entregó en nuestra última noche de estadía. Nway, la experiencia general es excelente. Cerca del 11 de julio, por lo que no es necesario que ordenemos a través de Grab. Recomendado por tarifas asequibles 🙌 ¡gracias!

Aquí me gusta todo, todo el personal que nos conocimos nos saludó como amigos y también son muy útiles. Parece que el hotel está bien manejado. Y el hotel es familiar.

La familia disfrutó de nuestra estadía en Crimson. Las instalaciones son excelentes y de calidad mundial. Las habitaciones y toda la proximidad son limpias. La villa en la que nos quedamos fue la mejor! Teníamos una gran experiencia desde el check-in hasta el despegue. Todo fue rápido, ordenado. El personal de Crimson es el mejor! Todos los que nos conocimos fueron amigables y acomodados, listos para servir, respondieron a todas las preguntas y satisfacieron nuestras necesidades. Crimson tendrá un lugar especial en nuestros corazones! Gracias Crimson por todo! Dios bendiga! :)

El hotel de la bahía de Plantation es mi hotel favorito en Mactan. Aquí hay algunas cosas que considerar sobre Plantation Bay: - Es el único gran resorte filipino de propiedad en Mactan y deben tratar allí personal increíblemente bien porque todos los que hablé con han trabajado allí 10+years - a diferencia de otros resortes no tienen un consejo política - Los grandes lagunas de agua salada son hermosos y lo suficientemente grandes que nunca se sientan llenos - Plantation Bay ofrece una variedad de opciones alimentarias para cada sabor - tienen una amplia variedad de actividades en el sitio y ofrecen múltiples excursiones fuera El resort por un precio razonable Para ser justo había un par de cosas que podrían mejorar pero son menores - Las toallas de playa deben ser sustituidas. Las toallas de baño son grandes, pero las toallas de playa eran viejas y finas - Durante los tiempos ocupados cuando llamas servicio de campana o relaciones de invitados el teléfono sólo llama sin respuesta. Muy bien servicio, actividades únicas, gran personal y algunas de las mejores piscinas en cualquier lugar Aquí hay algunos consejos: - Si no viaja con niños, las habitaciones del borde de las aguas son increíbles. Puedes pasar de su cubierta directamente al lago - Considere la Ruta 66 Diner para el desayuno. Buena comida y nunca masas -Una cena romántica en Palermo es una gran opción en el sitio - Pagué los $50 adicionales para tener un coche nos deja y nos recoge en nuestra habitación y definitivamente vale la pena. Se le permite entrar/salir en su habitación para ahorrar tiempo Recomendamos muy bien este gran hotel.
