El hotel de la ciudad de Están, que se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad, está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, y está muy cerca de la ciudad de Están. La habitación estaba decorada con un equilibrio armonioso de estética moderna y confort doméstico. A mi estancia le han añadido un toque de lujo a las comodidades, como el Wi-Fi, un minibar bien almacenado y baños de primera calidad. El restaurante en el hotel ofrece una variedad de platos hechos de ingredientes frescos y de fuente local, y me gusta especialmente el buffet de desayuno variado y sumptuoso que se adapta a diferentes sabores y necesidades dietéticas. El hotel está situado cerca de las atracciones populares y el transporte público, y me ha facilitado la exploración de la ciudad y el aprovechamiento de su atmósfera vibrante. En general, recomiendo sinceramente este hotel por su excelente servicio, comodidades y valor excepcional.

El hotel está situado en el centro de Lee Boutique Hotel, donde se encuentran 2 habitaciones con sala, pequeñas habitaciones y 2 habitaciones, casi comparables a las de 4 a 5 estrellas. La habitación era muy buena, nuestros niños incluso preferían comer comidas en el interior de la habitación en lugar de comer. La habitación era limpia, pero había un olor molesto que viene del baño. El guardaespaldas vino y hizo una limpieza completa, pero el olor sigue volviendo. Además, todo estaba bien. El futuro volverá.

La experiencia fue excelente. Aprecio el personal, especialmente la recepción o el área de lobby. El desayuno de Baker J era delicioso, pero el zumo y el café no tienen nada especial. La única cosa que no me gustaba es la ubicación, porque no hay una hermosa vista cerca del hotel y incluso los lugares turísticos están demasiado lejos, pero todavía el lugar era bueno. Gracias!

En cuanto entramos en el restaurante, nos saludamos inmediatamente con una cálida bienvenida y un sonrisa muy agradable de Ian, aunque cuidaban de muchas personas, No nos dejó bajar en términos de prestar servicio.Gracias de nuevo por el buen servicio, esperamos verte de nuevo. Kudos!! para el chef del restaurante la comida es increíble!!

My last visit was 2 years ago.. and yesterday I tried it again (Sept 11-12) When we arrived the room is not yet ready and waited for 20 mins before releasing the room. The FO duty gave me the WIFI password for 2 devices only. while waiting we already connected to the wifi however when we arrived at the room the signal is so week and no internet connection. We called assistance, the IT officer went to our room and check.. He offered other wifi connection but still not working.. He went to our room thrice but the connection is not FIXED. ” wala man lang pasensya na po Maam,. kasi ganito ganyan,,,... Ang sabi lang niya is ”Malakas naman po ang internet bakit kaya di naconnect?” Connected naman daw ang phone nya bakit samin ay hindi. Para sabihin ko lang din Hindi outdated ang phone namin and Samsung naman. I am telling you dis cuz ito din nagig problem ko from last stay ko.. And ngayon di pa padin nag babago, walang improvement. Second, BOTTLED WATER. Nilagay namin sa ref yung 2 tubig then nung iinumin na namin.. don lang namin napasin na bawas na pala ung isang bote. Then sakto may dumaan na housekeeping sinabi ko ung about sa tubig. and yes wala nanaman sinabing ”pasensya or whatsoever” wala kumuha lang sya ng tubig.. tinanong ko pala sya kung libre lang ba ung tubig kung mag add sabi nya OO so pinalitan naman nya ung tubig namin 4 na bote ang binagay nya.. so ito na nga Gabi na ubos na ang tubig namin,. tumawag ako sa FO to refill again the water and sabi is MAY BAYAD na daw. Php 70 isang bote ng Summit Water 500ML. WOW. I am also working sa hotel pero ang tubig is libre kahit gaano kadami ang hingin.. my bayad man ang tubig pero un is kung ung branded talaga na bottled water. 500 ml na summit is 15 pesos lang... So namahalan ako.. ginawa ko nag padeliver nalang ako. Third, Last day.. I ask the FOA if possible for late check out. 1PM lang naman.. Ang sagot lang nya sakin is ... Ay Maam, hindi ko po alam tatanong ko lang po sa Supervisor. But nung time na un is sya palang naak duty so sabi ko babalikan ko nalang sya.. So, Over all.. I think, NEED ng staffs nyo ng training on how to answer queries.complain,concern ng guets.. Okay naman ung hotel nyo sana kaso if ganon ang staffs nyo pumapangit ang Image.

If you want to go somewhere quite and just chill this is the place to be. It has a stunning view of Tagaytay. The only down side is their pool has no heater so it would be freezing as expected lol. Their in house Spa inside the hotel is a super plus, super relaxing and not iver priced. I also love the food at their restaurant, I ordered a lot lol. Complimentary breakfast is standard. Parking lot is spacious when we came in. Area is accessible to nearby Tagaytay spots. I will definitely comeback if I am in the area.

El hotel es agradable y limpio. El personal es muy amable y útil. Teníamos un problema con el agua caliente en el duche, pero el mantenimiento pudo ayudar a repararlo.

Apartamento y personal amigable. Altamente recomendado. Las instalaciones del resort están en excelentes condiciones. El personal fue amigable y útil, especialmente el equipo de escritorio frontal que se aseguró que todo era perfecto. Definitivamente volverá.
