Nice apartments. Clean, spacious, very easy to communicate with staff. We were allowed early check-in, which was very helpful.

The residence was lovely, aircon in both bedrooms and living space was great for getting back from a hot day out. The appartment was very clean and they even let us drop our bags off in the appartment early before cleaning was finished which was very kind of them. The lady that let us in was lovely and we had a free bottle of wine on arrival. The appartment had a washing maching which was a life saver, the balcony was a nice size. The walk to the main tourist area past Bellini park is about 15 mins, which our kids (6 and 9) were fine with. Catania was a beautiful city and we had a fab time. An uber from the residence to the sandy beach was €20-€30. We would recommend staying here.

The apartment was clean, all the facilities worked , including the air conditioning which as great. Unfortunately the lift broke down so carrying suitcases up / down four flights of marble staircase was a challenge . Also be aware there are three sets of codes to get into the apartment and to lock / unlock the door of the apartment took a day or so to master it. Luckily we got help from others in the apartment. Admittedly we were tired after our flight and there is alot of information to take in. Lesson, before agent leaves, make sure you go through the entey codes youself to make sure you can get in/out the building.

I booked a superior apartment for four days in September. The directions given for arrival by airport bus were a little unclear but we arrived at the correct stop with the assistance of another passenger. Google maps sent us down some back alleys but we arrived within 10 minutes or so after getting off the bus. We were met by a lovely lady (Marina?) who gave us the keys and took us up to the apartments. The lifts were really small and couldn’t fit more than 2 people in there comfortably. My apartment was lovely and very clean and spacious. I had a dining area with a kitchenette, dining table, sofa, tv and upstairs was the bedroom and shower. The stairs were a little noisy (I think they were metal) and the novelty of having stairs wore off when you were constantly having to go back for a forgotten item. There was no digital safe but there was an iron and ironing board. The shower was very small and had a big step to get into. The apartment was on the third floor and I didn’t hear any street noise. You are within walking distance of 2 supermarkets and everything was in walking distance if you have good mobility. There is no receptionist on site as the apartments are in a block with other private tenants. When checking out you were able to leave your bags in their main office which was about 15 minutes walk away but a little awkward to walk to with suitcases. A taxi would have been a sensible option. It was a lovely apartment and I would probably stay there again. My friend had a smaller apartment and complained of some noise from the neighbour but otherwise seemed happy with her room.

The property is close to nearby restaurants and activities. It was clean and in good shape. The staff was friendly and checked on our needs several times.
