El personal fue muy amable, lo cual es un punto a favor. La cama también estaba limpia, que para mí es lo más importante. Pero ahí terminan los aspectos positivos: el baño no estaba muy limpio y la habitación estaba muy anticuada y deteriorada. Las persianas tenían un agujero enorme, así que entraba mucha luz por la mañana. La ventana era la más sucia que he visto en mi vida. El refrigerador claramente no se había limpiado en mucho tiempo, así que estaba asqueroso, enfriaba demasiado y nuestra comida se congeló, y además hacía mucho ruido. También subestimamos muchísimo la distancia al centro de la ciudad; tardamos entre una hora y media y dos horas en transporte público. No había autobuses por la noche, así que los últimos veinte minutos de camino a casa los pasamos caminando. En resumen, una mala experiencia.

We do understand that this business has just changed ownership we were told by the manager so we are making allowances that in due course there will be much improvement… at the time of our stay it was just bearable.. the bathroom was dirty with mould and the floor tiles not clean .. there were not enough pillows .. the walls and window were dirty .. there was a filthy buildup of dirt in the container holding coffee and sugar .. there was no chair to sit on only the bed .. there needs to be a power point easily accessible to both left and right side of the bed .. the toilet was much too low for an older person to manage and there were no clutch rails to assist if needed .  We hope the new owner is able to do better in the future of the motel .. we noted that homeless people were waiting around the building for long periods of time.. we do understand however that there is a council initiative taking place to give some of these people a place to stay .. but we felt unsure of our situation when we arrived .. are thankful that there is some attempt to help these people .. and we want to acknowledge that the new manager was more than willing to accommodate any concerns we had .

This has been one of the most disappointing booking experiences I have ever had. I provided a valid medical certificate stating I was unfit to travel and requested cancellation before check-in. Despite clear documentation, both the platform and hotel refused to assist. I even requested to reschedule instead of cancel, but that was also denied. Zero empathy, zero flexibility. Very poor customer service.

Worst experience . aircon wasn’t  working and requested them many times but they ignored. Unprofessional  stuff... Watching  movies but not responding

I liked the price. Didn't have the best location and was hot. Had an old air-conditioning unit that looked not the best.

Not the cleanest of rooms found lots of hair in our bathroom. Quite far from everything but the public transport had good connections.

Love this hotel

The overall environment of the room was average, as the lighting inside was quite dim. The bathroom did not provide basic toiletries (such as facial cleanser), and there was no trash bin in the room—only one in the bathroom, which seemed to be for toilet use only and was not very convenient. The soundproofing was also poor; since the room was close to the main road, the traffic noise was quite loud and affected rest. However, the front desk service was excellent and very warm, which made the stay feel much more pleasant.

The Aircon didn't work so we were given a fan heater which didn't work either. We were then moved to another room, where the Aircon was from the last century and didn't work either and we had to use a fan heater that was already in the room. The whole hotel is very run down and needs a good refurbishment. We were also informed at check in that there was a $ 10/night parking fee which we were not made aware of during the booking process. The second room TV didn't work as the wrong remote was in the room which was from a different brand of TV. The lady at reception was helpful and had to get a new remote from another room. It took several trips to reception to get all this sorted out. I understand that it is a budget hotel, but basic stuff like this should not be happening. Not a nice experience at all.

Excellent neat and cleanest of all Ibis budget hotels.

not good enough smelly of room

Useless pillows and no extras in room,no towel rails in bathroom,bad access into property.

This hotel used to offer a free parking inside. Unfortunately this time they’re charging extra $10 on top of the hotel fee.
