Nunca he estado en un hotel tan malo Hicimos un circuito por Irlanda en el.mes de Agosto y en itinerario venia este hotel.Imagino que porque a la promotora le salia barato porque no hay nada alrededor de interés La habitación sucia y con muchisimo ruido ya que la habitación daba a un patio donde estaba estancada el agua y además estaban los contenedores de basura No se podia abrir la ventana por el ruido y por las voces que se oian desde fuera La comida pésima y el desayuno horrible, totalmente escaso y el café parecía agua sucia. No teniamos opcion de poder comer o desayunar en otro sitio porque en ese pueblo no hay absolutamente nada Puedo decir que todas las personas que formabamos el grupo tenemos la misma opinión Desde luego no les valoro con 0 puntos porque no lo permite la aplicación No lo recomiendo por nada del mundo

This Evening I went to Castleisland to go to shops for ingredients for school but afterwards ended up here in this hotel to eat dinner. I went in here for the first time and it’s a really lovely Hotel. The staff are lovely and friendly and very helpful and kind hearted. There’s kids menus for kids here. My son didn’t want anything from the kids menu so he decided he wanted to try chicken wings with bbq sauce for the first time. My son almost 14. He said they were alright. I tried them and they were lovely . It’s a pity they don’t give out small lemon tissue for sticking hands is all for chicken wings. I had Tempura 🍤 Prawns with Garlic Sauce and it was lovely and tasty. The hotel is lovely and comfortable and cosy and warm. We really enjoyed our meals and we were happy out which was great.

The whole hotel needs a good money injection, which is disappointing when it’s part of a large hotel group! I asked to move rooms as the bed was less than adequate, second room was no better. I was on my own and the proceeded to give me a room with two beds and a fold out bed! The room was so cluttered! Matress was desperate and pillows were awful! 3 star hotels and gave better standards than that! Big commercial bins at the top of the stairs like in a hospital. Bar was cluttered and messy. Seats were dirty and very uncomfortable as they needs new cushions.

Stayed in the Riverisland Hotel as the venue I was attending was next door...only 1 Hotel in this location.... the room was dirty and shabby...notified the hotel afterwards, can't say they seemed too bothered about it to be honest....just said they would discuss it with housekeeping manager.

My wife and I returned today after 4 nights in River Island Hotel. We found a friendly hotel with a warm welcome. Rooms were probably basic but very clean and comfortable and had all the amenities required. My mobility isn't great but there is a lift. You can't call it to the front door but reception which is up a few steps will send it down to you if you need it. Buffet breakfast is plentiful and evening meals are delicious so we ate there each night. We would certainly plan on staying there again. Value was amazing for the quality of the hotel.

Wasn't a great stay by any means, Noise from bar heard clearly in room until 2 in morning. Probably not great for kids. Breakfast was poor, coffee very weak. Service at breakfast definitely wasn't the best. Receptionist was nice.

lovely hotel and friendly staff , clean good size room and very reasonably priced with a lovely breakfast included. Cosy snug bar area . Down sides are chairs in dining area need replacing as the foam is worn out . Carpets threadbare in places on stairs . Overall a nice hotel .
