This hotel is deceptive. The ground floor and lobby is quite nice but the other floors and the rooms are not. The beds were clean and comfortable, the room was decent, and the shower was nice. I did see what looked like a blood stain on the bathroom wall though. The breakfast was good and had eggs, sausage, beans, sweet and other bread and rolls, coffee, hot chocolate, orange juice, chicken, slices, and cheese available. It's located right on a tram line and taxis are going by so the time, yet it's a relatively quiet street. That's the good news, now for the bad. Most of the electrical outlets in the room did not work. The rooms let in all the noise from the hallway and you can hear phones ringing etc. the elevator buttons on each floor don't always work to summon the elevator. There is no safe in the room, and I felt like we needed one. The wifi stopped working often and was quite slow at times. The tap water is not drinkable. The orange juice at the buffet breakfast tasted a bit like Tang. Although cheap, I don't know that it was worth the price.

Ibis-Casa Voyageus is a hotel that gets the job done if proximity to Voyageurs train station is your priority. It's right outside the front door. Check in was easy and friendly, as was check-out. The room was clean and comfortable. Room provided soap and shampoo. More or less no-frills but safe, clean, and convenient. During our time there, nearby restaurant options were limited due to Ramadan.

No es el mejor de los hoteles de la cadena IBIS. Está en un lugar más bien aislado y es más que justo a nivel de servicio: algún día solo hicieron la cama, pero el baño ni lo tocaron; no repusieron nunca el jabón, ni el de manos, ni el de la ducha; la habitación huele a humedad y en el restaurante el camarero está más pendiente de charlar con un cliente, antes que de atenderte o si faltan servilletas te dice en qué cajón del mostrador de la caja puedes encontrar un paquete, que tú mismo tienes que abrir y servirte; al llegar la llave de la habitación no funcionaba y tuve que bajar dos veces a recepción y a la tercera me cambiaron de habitación. Pero sobre todo, lo peor, si necesitas un taxi u otro servicio externo no lo pidas en recepción; el primer día vino un taxista que no tenía licencia para llevarme hasta donde necesitaba, pero aun así me estafó 150 dirham y el último día quería ir al aeropuerto y el taxista me cobró 100 dirham de más (bakshish para el personal del hotel).

Me dieron la habitación 310 queda justo encima de las banderas de la entrada del hotel. El ruido que entraba de los coches que pasan por la autovía de delante de este alojamiento se notaba mucho ya que la ventana no cerraba bien. Aparte de esto el hotel es un ibis típico por la que precio calidad es aceptable

El hotel es el mejor de todos los tiempos. Había una muy buena experiencia con el Sr. Mourad que nos ayudó y fue todo el sonrisa del tiempo. La habitación estaba limpia con una mejor vista. La comida es buena, el desayuno y la cena. La única cosa que no hay mucha estacionamiento sino el té de seguridad hombres pueden ayudarte para eso
