This hotel is deceptive. The ground floor and lobby is quite nice but the other floors and the rooms are not. The beds were clean and comfortable, the room was decent, and the shower was nice. I did see what looked like a blood stain on the bathroom wall though. The breakfast was good and had eggs, sausage, beans, sweet and other bread and rolls, coffee, hot chocolate, orange juice, chicken, slices, and cheese available. It's located right on a tram line and taxis are going by so the time, yet it's a relatively quiet street. That's the good news, now for the bad. Most of the electrical outlets in the room did not work. The rooms let in all the noise from the hallway and you can hear phones ringing etc. the elevator buttons on each floor don't always work to summon the elevator. There is no safe in the room, and I felt like we needed one. The wifi stopped working often and was quite slow at times. The tap water is not drinkable. The orange juice at the buffet breakfast tasted a bit like Tang. Although cheap, I don't know that it was worth the price.

Durante la cena pedí hasta tres veces una Cocacola, ltrajeron una lata sin vaso.al pagar veo que olvide la cartera en la habitación , entonces les pedí ir por el dinero o que lo cargarán a la habitación mostrando la tarjeta con el número . Me dijo que fuera a la habitación pero escoltado por un camarero hasta la misma puerta, no vaya a ser que no vuelva a pagarla...5 estrellas?

Parece que regreso a China, prestando servicios de atención prolongada, instalaciones cómodas, incluso el tronco puede no tener que cambiar la interfaz. Ibis-Casa Voyageus is a hotel that gets the job done if proximity to Voyageurs train station is your priority. It's right outside the front door. Check in was easy and friendly, as was check-out. The room was clean and comfortable. Room provided soap and shampoo. More or less no-frills but safe, clean, and convenient. During our time there, nearby restaurant options were limited due to Ramadan.

Un hotel maravillosamente conmovedor, con un marcado estilo propio Mañana en las habitaciones de este hotel con vistas al puerto de Casablanca, Fabulosamente agradable con toda la paleta de sonidos. Bonitos elementos art deco en la arquitectura. La recepción nos dejó generosamente registrarnos al mediodía; una gran ventaja después de un largo vuelo y el viaje desde el aeropuerto hasta el hotel. Buena ubicación a poca distancia del mercado central y del puerto. Las discotecas, el tranvía y la rotonda cercana provocan un ambiente ruidoso hasta medianoche. Las moscas volando en la entrada dejan muy mala impresión. La ropa de cama es aceptable, pero los cojines del banco y las mantas decorativas están muy sucios. La cama tamaño king son en realidad dos camas dobles juntas. La ducha tiende a perder agua por todos lados. Nos dicen que el agua es potable pero el sabor a cloro es muy fuerte. El precio de 385 MAD estaba en línea con lo que recibimos.

- Location: Near downtown Casablanca, within walking distance of Massira Bvd. and the Kenzi Towers. The Moh V stadium is not far so expect some crowding when there is a football match but nothing disturbing. There are many restaurants in the surroundings : French, Korean, Turkish, Lebanese, Pizza & Fast-food, etc. If you are willing to stay longer and want to cook, there is a carrefour market, a butcher and some grocery stores next to the hotel. - Room: I had a great small flat with a living room, a bedroom, a kitchenette and a bathroom. It is modern, organised and well decorated, clean and tidy. The kitchenette is well equipped, just be careful not to leave sweet food on the counter or you will be invaded by ants. There are many practical storage spaces in the bedroom and the living room, so even if you bring heavy luggage, there is enough space to feel comfortable. - Rooftop : Cosy space to chill out on sunny days and spring/summer nights (Too cold in winter). - Other services : A convenient and free underground parking lot (-1 & -2), two small fitness rooms (-1 & +1) the one in the first floor is just for cardio, the other has a bench and some basic dumbbells. A laundry in floor 0 (extra 60 MAD/machine and 30 MAD/Dryer), the wifi is good. - Staff : They are the highlight and the backbone of this appart hotel. They are professional, helpful, kind, lovely and always smiling. Wether at the lobby, the rooftop, the parking or the room service, this team is wonderful. They made my 2 months stay literally a 'Home trip'.. They deserve all the Best from Accor. - Summary : Whether for a short or a long stay, personal or for business, go there with confidence. I highly recommend.

El servicio en este hotel es inmejorable. Todo el mundo sale de su camino para ayudarte. El propio hotel es hermoso y limpio. Recomiendo muy bien este hotel, ya que el servicio es increíble. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y el gimnasio es grande y tiene una gran variedad.
