Regresé después de 11 años, el mantenimiento es muy bueno, hay sorpresas. Las instalaciones de actividades son ricas, dos noches no son suficientes para qued****, es muy adecuado para viajes familiares, el bar de rock sigue siendo muy bueno (los bocadillos son deliciosos)

Ayana, usted nos ha expulsado completamente. El hotel se sentía muy privado y las villas estaban bien equipadas . Empezamos nuestras vacaciones en una villa de vista del océano y luego decidimos tratarnos las últimas noches con una villa de arriba de la roca- muy recomendado esto para más privacidad y vistas impresionantes. Las zonas comunes no estaban llenas, aunque a veces fue difícil conseguir una cama de sol en medio del día. Absolutely loved our stay at Segara. Initially I booked 1 night at Segara and 3 Rimba, we moved to Rimba after our night at Segara and did 1 night there and didn’t like Rimba at all. Rimba looks nice on entry but the rooms and long dark corridors made it very cold and stark. Luckily we were able to move back to Segara, it too a little work with the reception at Segara as they we’re seeing on their system that the room at Segara was more expensive but I was able to prove the discount rate they had on Instagram and they moved us back. My room was $500 aud at Segara and $700 Rimba absolutely ridiculous price for what Rimba is a cold hotel style building. The staff were all very friendly at Segara. The resort is so much nicer than it looks in photos. It’s very sophisticated, stylish but still very warm and inviting. The entry to the room is from outside in the beautiful sunshine not down a dark corridor, then opens up to a beautiful room, so welcoming and nicely decorated. We really felt at home here. Breakfast at Segara was fantastic, the restaurant is just beautiful, the best restaurant we had breakfast in on our holiday. So stylish and elegant but still has a Bali feel. It’s quiet and not a mad noisy food court like Rimba, definitely don’t recommend trying breakfast at Rimba it’s just like a big chain hotel and food court vibe breakfast area. The pool area downstairs at Segara was very relaxing. Lots of seating and areas out in the sun or under the verandah. The Scusa restaurant downstairs is absolutely beautiful. The design, the food and staff 10/10 we went every night for dinner, I really miss being able to go here it’s definitely a must if you go to Ayana and even worth travelling too. Cant rate it high enough! Our stay at Segara was definitely my favourite out of all the resorts we visited, it’s just so beautiful, very classy and sophisticated but true to Bali style still but on a more modern level. Definitely a great couples hotel or with older children, I had my 12 year old daughter with me. It’s not really a kid friendly resort, Rimba is more set up for families and small children, lots more pools and kids pool etc. it’s a nice quiet relaxing resort. We did venture out to the other pools around Ayana each day and down to Kubu beach for sunset, the cocktails were the best down there! My only gripe is the cost. $500 aud a night! Bali has got so overpriced now and that was on sale the normal price was around $800 I would definitely not pay over $500 to stay here so I hope we get it on sale next year. We stayed at the 2 Padma hotels which are both beautiful and we’re $350 a night and a villa in Canggu also beautiful and in a great area for $450 a night. Ayana is in a more secluded spot, we didn’t leave the hotel area, it is expensive, our room at Rimba was $700 aud for a lagoon suite thank god I only did one night here way too expensive for what you get here and I couldn’t wait to get out of that room and hotel - ridiculously overp

We had amazing stayed at Rimba by Ayana. The staffs amazing, the pools & all amazing. We surely be back there. Just one thing that I’m dissatisfied, it’s the food. The breakfast are amazing but the menu from the restaurant for me it’s not it. For the price I paid surely not worth it. I just not get it why the breakfast taste amazing but the food form the menus taste bad. Are there different chefs or what. I hope when I’m came back there it’s get better. Because we really love staying there. Thank you

El hotel tiene una amplia comodidad con baño, una buena vista al balcón, muchas variedades de menú de desayuno. En realidad disfruta de esta estancia, gracias equipo. La ubicación del resorte es remoto, pero en la costa del esterio es espectacular. El resort tiene un gran potencial; si la gestión mejora el servicio. El personal del servicio es aburrido y no convincente. Las camas en las piscinas son consumidas y sucias. La música superflua y demasiado alta en el restaurante, por lo que hay dificultades para hablar en una mesa cuando se come a muchos. La petición de reducir el volumen de la música fue El personal se ha aburrido de ignorar. El precio de la relación de rendimiento no es adecuado para este resort. Para el precio se puede esperar un servicio mucho mejor! Si el resort tiene una oportunidad, la gestión debería intervenir !

We have recently returned from a wonderfully relaxing and enjoyable 10 night vacation at Vivara Private Pool Villas & Spa Retreat in Jimbaran, Bali. Our aim was to get away from our busy life and take a complete break. The resort comprises 48 beautiful, private, self-contained pool villas, most of which are one or two-bedroom. Each villa is like your own home-away-from home, with pool decking and lounges, an alfresco kitchen bungalow (with a daily replenishment of non-alcoholic drinks in the mini bar), outdoor rain shower and bathroom, and a spacious bedroom with lounge area. It is clear that the resort aims to make every guest’s experience as comfortable as possible. As we were so comfortable in our villa, we were determined not to become complete ‘holiday recluses’ and, despite room service being the option for many of the guests, we always walked to the poolside restaurant for breakfast each morning, afternoon tea every second day, before feasting on a fabulous evening dining experience on alternate evenings. Needless to say, we did not leave Vivara hungry! The resort is like a small community, and staff are more than happy to transport you to and from your villa using golf buggies, or you can take advantage of the communal bikes and scooters and ride around the resort pathways. Additionally, a complimentary shuttle service to and from Jimbaran Beach is available, and times are customised to guests, creating a very personalised and welcome service. Being a spa retreat, we indulged in five deep tissue massages each, and they were a highlight of our stay. The private bungalows are built in a traditional Balinese style, are quiet and calming, and the masseuses provided a comfortable, relaxing and friendly atmosphere. Thank you, so much. The heart of the resort, though, is the staff. They were all, without exception, incredibly friendly, helpful, and always keen to converse and learn about their guests, or share their insights into Bali. We cannot recommend the Vivara staff highly enough. Thank you, Keke, and all your staff, for making our stay so enjoyable. We loved being immersed in the Balinese style of the resort, and Vivara did not disappoint as the ideal place for us to unwind and relax. We have no hesitation in recommending Vivara to any visitors searching for the same experience.

La primera vez que llegamos a este país un poco misterioso, quedamos en el primer hotel de lujo de Trip.com. Entrada (sin horario de entrada), alojamiento (sorriso sincero en la recepción), salida de la tienda (dejando la tienda antes de la hora, no cancelable y cancelado) se siente bien. El hotel no es grande, las instalaciones de la habitación son más eficaces, pero muy limpias, el mapa de fitness de 24 horas entra. El desayuno es loable en comparación con el hotel. El servidor es entusiasta, pero en inglés es general. Hai Conway, al lado del hotel, es muy amable. La hora local de la mañana a las 05:40 se dirigió al hotel, lo relajó completamente, no se preocupó por ningún problema de seguridad.

Me gustaría expresar mi más sincero agradecimiento al Hotel Lidotel por brindarme una estadía excepcional. Durante dos semanas, pude disfrutar de un servicio impecable, instalaciones de primera categoría y desayunos deliciosos que realmente superaron mis expectativas. El gimnasio bien equipado me permitió mantener mi rutina de ejercicios, y la sauna fue el complemento perfecto para relajarme después de un día de actividades. Sin embargo, lo que hizo que mi experiencia fuera verdaderamente inolvidable fue la atención cálida y profesional del personal. Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel a todos las personas que buscan comodidad, calidad y un servicio excepcional.

This is an excellent hotel for international travellers. You will not find a better hotel in Caracas with the facilities and service it has to offer. I have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions and can highly recommend it. The rooms are very well equipped and modern, with modern fitted shower rooms. There is a roof terrace with a pool which is popular, so a great place to relax in the evening and be social. The gym is one of the biggest in Caracas and is very popular with locals so a great place to hang out and get to comfortably mix with local people. The gym has all the equipment that you would find in a dedicated purpose built gym, including squat racks, huge range of free weight, benches, cable machines and of course cardio machines. The service is excellent as well, the reception is very helpful and I found them very accommodating to any guest needs I may have. The staff look after the hotel and it is regularly cleaned and common areas are kept in very good order. There is security at the front which provides secure entry in the evening times. The hotel is in the centre of Caracas located in a metropolitan area so it is safe to move around in as a international. If you do visit this hotel I would recommend the Millennium cafe around the corner next to Panadería La Crossantina. There are great local Venezuelan dishes offered there, and can pay with card. If you are looking for modern, comfortable living at great value, you will not find better than this hotel. Este es un excelente hotel para viajeros internacionales. No encontrará un hotel mejor en Caracas con las instalaciones y el servicio que tiene para ofrecer. Me he alojado en este hotel en varias ocasiones y lo recomiendo encarecidamente. Las habitaciones están muy bien equipadas y son modernas, con modernos cuartos de ducha equipados. Hay una terraza en la azotea con una piscina que es popular, por lo que es un gran lugar para relaj**** por la noche y socializar. El gimnasio es uno de los más grandes de Caracas y es muy popular entre los lugareños, por lo que es un gran lugar para pasar el rato y mezcl**** cómodamente con la gente local. El gimnasio tiene todo el equipo que encontrará en un gimnasio especialmente diseñado, incluidos soportes para sentadillas, una amplia gama de pesas, bancos, máquinas de cable y, por supuesto, máquinas de cardio. El servicio es excelente también, la recepción es muy útil y los encontré muy complacientes con las necesidades de los huéspedes que pueda tener. El personal cuida del hotel y lo limpia con regularidad y las zonas comunes se mantienen en muy buen estado. Excelente hotel. Siempre que vengo a Caracas es mi lugar de alojamiento. La mejor ubicación de Caracas en todos los sentidos. Pero lo más valioso es su personal en general muy dispuesto a ayudar y cubrir todas las necesidades del cliente. De mi experiencia en varias estadías quiero destacar muy particularmente a estas personas, que siempre ponen una “milla extra” para la satisfacción del cliente: - Roberto Fontan gerente siempre con excelente disposición y comunicación abierta para atender cualquier requerimiento. - Keiber Suarez que mucho más que un botones es un verdadero aliado en la atención al cliente, con una gran sonrisa y actitud. - El súper equipo del Restaurant todo, pero muy especialmente por su atención con criterios de excelencia: Breiner Dávila; Lafayette Pancrat y Yaruski. Además de todo el equipo de transporte y traslados, siempre con buena actitud y disposición.
