Espectacular es la palabra. Desde que llegamos la atención de irnos a recoger al puerto, y a la llegada Gaia super amable dándonos toda la atención y ayudando en todo momento a organizar el viaje en yate. Te dan un whatts UP para todo lo que necesites lo pides por ahí y de inmediato te contestan incluyen transportacion a vsrios puntos y recogida igual. La atención de Pepe en el restaurante excelente y con muy buena comida. La habitación muy confortable con terraza, jacuzzi externo con vista al mar. Que buen lugar, muy recomendable!

This is truly a magical hotel. The lobby and building itself are remarkable. The room we had which was a junior suite, was huge and had the largest terrace/ deck I have ever had at a hotel with beautiful sea views and mountain vista. The service was excellent from top to bottom. The pool area is beautiful, and the breakfast is hard to beat, for the service, selection and certainly the view. If you call for room service, it comes almost immediately. Drinks and food are expensive but on par with what you would expect at a 5 Star resort, which this is. The Spa and Gym are underwhelming, but serviceable. The staff are all happy to help in any and every way imaginable. The only thing I would note, and to us it was a good thing, Punta Tragara is big walk to everything. It is at least a 10 minute walk to the main part of the town. We enjoyed the walk, it is gorgeous and interesting as well as scenic. It also takes away part of the downside of Capri which are the crowds. We found the isolation to be a HUGE positive, but if walking is an issue this may not be the place for you. There were just so many small and wonderful touches, and I can't wait to return! Grazie!

Experia es un hotel muy interesante: hermosa estructura histórica, mobiliario de la época, ubicación excelente, a pocos pasos de la plaza, maravilloso vista al mar, desayuno fantástico en el salón o terraza vista al mar con tortas hechas en casa, Brioches frescos y bebidas calientes hechos en este momento, además de bebidas frías, frutas frescas y mucho más. Una amable afecto de la propietario, siempre presente, y de su colaboradora, que han cumplido todas nuestras exigencias. Yo había reservado una habitación estándar para mí y mi hijo y me quedé en una habitación doble con camas separadas, como se requiere, con terraza decorada vista al mar! cortesía indeseable! Precio excelente, hoteles que se recomiendan a todos.

So if you are a light sleeper I would recommend asking for a room away from the stairs! However, overall I would definitely recommend this hotel (just a room away from the stairs)

This family run hotel, is the best hotel in Capri. Here are are the best reasons to stay here: A: Nicola, the manager. Is one of the warmest and kindest people you will ever meet. There is nothing impossible for him. He should teach a class on how to do hospitality correctly. He helped us out with lost phones, mixed up luggages,reservations at beach clubs and so much more. B: the location of this hotel is unbeatable. Overlooking Marina Piccolo, the yachts and Faraglioni. There are complimentary shuttles to the town and to the port. Also since they are accecible by their own shuttle, porter service isn’t necessary. C: the pool and the food - to have a nice pool to cool off to was a blessing. The breakfast buffet on the balcony was amazing was was the lunch menu by the pool. A few areas of improvement: A: the rooms are bare and could use an upgrade. We were not expecting luxury, but some basics amenities and decorations would help warm up the rooms. For example a separate shampoo, conditioner and body was instead of just a body wash B: being that it’s family run, there were staff members that I assume were family that were unhelpful such as the cranky uncle at the pool and the young lady at the reception who kept giving us a no answers to everything. We will be back soon. We loved our stay here

We stayed at Hotel La Floridiana for 6 nights and loved it! We enjoyed the hotel so much that we extended our trip an extra night. The location was great, 10 minute walk from center of town. The views were beautiful, the lobby and pool area were stunning! The complimentary breakfast was delicious- made to order omelets and pancakes/waffles! The hotel staff was what made the hotel exceptional- we felt welcomed every time we left the room. Special thanks to Suraj, Claudia, Victoria and Kasun for going above and beyond to make our stay expectational, especially singing for my birthday! The staff is knowledgeable, with good recommendations of things to do in the area. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in Capri!

La mejor de las habitaciones es que el hotel no es una gran caminata arriba y abajo de la colina, por lo que caminar a la ciudad es fácil. Situado estratégicamente en 8 minutos de Prada lol pero en serio. La piscina está perfectamente ubicada para darle la opción de sol y sombra. La gente que trabajaba en la piscina hizo un gran trabajo que permitió a los niños jugar pero no hasta el punto que se aburrió para mi esposa y yo disfruto de nuestra viaje adulto. A la hora de la noche, la ciudad estaba dormida, y todo el camino de la red con tanto para explorar. We stayed at Hotel La Floridiana for 6 nights and loved it! We enjoyed the hotel so much that we extended our trip an extra night. The location was great, 10 minute walk from center of town. The views were beautiful, the lobby and pool area were stunning! The complimentary breakfast was delicious- made to order omelets and pancakes/waffles! The hotel staff was what made the hotel exceptional- we felt welcomed every time we left the room. Special thanks to Suraj, Claudia, Victoria and Kasun for going above and beyond to make our stay expectational, especially singing for my birthday! The staff is knowledgeable, with good recommendations of things to do in the area. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in Capri!

No puedo esperar a volver a Capri la próxima primavera o verano. No hay otro lugar que yo ni siquiera creería quedarme aquí.

This family run hotel, is the best hotel in Capri. Here are are the best reasons to stay here: A: Nicola, the manager. Is one of the warmest and kindest people you will ever meet. There is nothing impossible for him. He should teach a class on how to do hospitality correctly. He helped us out with lost phones, mixed up luggages,reservations at beach clubs and so much more. B: the location of this hotel is unbeatable. Overlooking Marina Piccolo, the yachts and Faraglioni. There are complimentary shuttles to the town and to the port. Also since they are accecible by their own shuttle, porter service isn’t necessary. C: the pool and the food - to have a nice pool to cool off to was a blessing. The breakfast buffet on the balcony was amazing was was the lunch menu by the pool. A few areas of improvement: A: the rooms are bare and could use an upgrade. We were not expecting luxury, but some basics amenities and decorations would help warm up the rooms. For example a separate shampoo, conditioner and body was instead of just a body wash B: being that it’s family run, there were staff members that I assume were family that were unhelpful such as the cranky uncle at the pool and the young lady at the reception who kept giving us a no answers to everything. We will be back soon. We loved our stay here

Espectacular es la palabra. Desde que llegamos la atención de irnos a recoger al puerto, y a la llegada Gaia super amable dándonos toda la atención y ayudando en todo momento a organizar el viaje en yate. Te dan un whatts UP para todo lo que necesites lo pides por ahí y de inmediato te contestan incluyen transportacion a vsrios puntos y recogida igual. La atención de Pepe en el restaurante excelente y con muy buena comida. La habitación muy confortable con terraza, jacuzzi externo con vista al mar. Que buen lugar, muy recomendable!
