酒店早餐菜式有各類主要早餐食品房燈較為細接近鐵路旁邊晚上凌晨依然會聽到嘈吵聲音日落需要師傅訂購房間七點職員不會協助提升房間

The bathtub stopper was of the incorrect size so it could not hold the water in the tub. The bathroom basin stopper got stuck closed so we could not drain the used water. The aircon was not blowing warm air so on some days the room was very cold. In general we regreted having paid so much money for an average hotel.

We stayed for 2 nights between our visit to Kruger Park and heading off to Stellenbosch and the garden route . The hotel has stunning views of Table Mountain and great ocean sunsets . It’s predominantly a conference hotel and is a little dated and tired . But choose a sea / table mountain view and that won’t bother you so much . Restaurants were excellent and the included buffet breakfast was fantastic . Best on our travels . Great value . Staff were welcoming and we felt safe throughout . We used Uber easily from the hotel into the waterfront and also to transfer to Stellenbosch . The main pool is in a great spot but sadly not heated . They say it’s solar heated but only if they mean the sun shines on it ! A real missed opportunity as it has a world class view of Cape Town. Overall great value for money for a quick stopover .

I was impressed by the most hospitable senior staff member/ Manager, Mr Gaisang. He assisted me with a room upgrade very efficiently. The location was great because of the proximity to the beach and the views of Table mountain. The free shuttle to and from V&A waterfront was convenient because there are not many places to visit at Milnerton. Room service was slow, however the dining and bar staff were very accommodating to our special requests. Rooms were cleaned well every day except over the weekend. Aircon in one of our hotel rooms required a service. The other room's aircon worked well. Quick check in on the weekday.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding Lagoon Beach Hotel & Spa. Upon arrival, I experienced an excessively long wait of over an hour to check in due to a large delegation occupying the hotel. Additionally, I was surprised to be presented with a waiver during check-in, absolving the hotel of responsibility if items get stolen in my room. Furthermore, upon entering Room 158, I found it unsatisfactory due to its proximity to the highway and the absence of a safe. Upon expressing my concerns, I was offered a sea-facing room for an additional fee of R1500 per night. I declined the offer and opted to check out of the hotel and am "pending" a refund. I believe these issues significantly detracted from my stay and fell short of the standard of service I expect from your establishment. I urge you to address these concerns promptly to enhance the experience for future guests. Area surrounding the hotel feel unsafe, which seems to be happening all over South Africa.
