La conveniente ubicación es lo mejor de este hotel. El hotel está situado cerca de la terminal nacional (edificio D) del aeropuerto de Brisbane, después de bajar del avión, se puede llegar rápidamente a través del estacionamiento, y se tarda menos de diez minutos a pie. La habitación es relativamente simple y ordenada. Es muy adecuado para viajeros que están en tránsito aquí o que llegan muy tarde.

Hoteles muy cómodos, no es agradable, pero muy limpio y prudente. Recomendación! A 10 minutos del piso de la sala de la ciudad, no puede llevarse un paseo. La ubicación es buena y duerme tranquilo. El inglés no es bueno o puede comunicarse con correo, cobrar autobús, muy sencillo. Si llega a la tienda más de las ocho de la noche, necesita ponerse en contacto con ellos, darle pasaportes y fotos de tarjetas de crédito, le ayudará a hacer su estadía con antelación, el aeropuerto vendrá a alquilar más de cincuenta yuan autónomos, y subir a un pequeño correo, Hay una pequeña caja de hierro en la pared de la puerta, introduzca la contraseña, puede obtener el autobús gratuito en la puerta 🔑, pero no es absolutamente necesario, no hay atracciones lejos, esta ciudad tiene barcos gratis, puede ver la vista nocturna, se ponen ocho palabras en el río, se pueden parar en ambos lados, ¡El lunes por la mañana vio la comida, lavandería y coches de coche para los desplazados, y el jueves por la noche en el parque de la colina vio esta actividad de bienestar público, otra organización!

Close to the airport and wonderful for an early morning flight, the hosts are very lovely and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, everything was in working order. To be honest the air con was great on a hot day, and close to some to shops.

Possibly one of the worst customer service I have ever experience. Book the simply sirromet package through their website expecting to get a wine tasting included (the reason we booked), for the teenage receptionist to tell us we only booked a one night stay which doesn't include the wine tasting. Their website is very misleading and even when you click through the book now for the package, they change it at the last minute and in tiny writing that says only breakfast included and nothing about a wine tasting. When asking the receptionist about this, he clicked through the exact package that they also advertised on their Instagram and said no I must have clicked the wrong button. No understanding, empathy or problem solving at all. No response from their team after emailing and asking about it. Still haven’t received the “bond” money back ($150 mind you). Would not recommend at all. To top it off, it was Easter Sunday which I expect surcharges but no where stated a surcharge or advertised the higher price but would tell you $22 and charge you $25 on the card. So rude! Will not be going back!

Estacionamiento bajo el techo fue fantástico como lluvió todo el tiempo que me quedé. Mi estancia fue una semana. Sólo un pequeño hiccup con la alarma de incendio a principios de la mañana. Sólo un pequeño descenso no hay microondas.

El personal es excelente y es fácilmente el mejor hotel en Brisbane en mi humilde opinión.

As a very frequent guest of this hotel over many years, I was disappointed to discover that the overall vibe had taken a rather sharp downturn since my last visit in October 2022. Given that I have had numerous excellent experiences in the past, however, I do not think it would be fair to speculate as to why this downturn has occurred, other than to acknowledge that it felt as though the employees were not their usual selves. Nevertheless, our stay this time was still enjoyable and a special mention must go to Raj at the front desk, who was fantastic as always. Also, we had a very pleasant encounter with Dot from housekeeping, who went out of her way to ensure that our room was serviced in time for our early return on one of the days of our stay. She was lovely and a pleasure to deal with. Employees like Raj and Dot really make this hotel what it is and I really hope that their contribution is properly appreciated by the powers at be.

We originally booked into the Novotel on a premium king room rate paying $319 to include breakfast. This was booked incorrectly due to some glitch in their booking system - which meant I couldn’t stay there at the time I wanted to and I was given a credit to use at another time. We used this credit last night and when checking in we were told we could park downstairs. No mention anywhere of cost. We went to our room and upon showering at around 11:30 - our shower was blocked and wouldn’t drain. We had to call front desk and at midnight nearly had to change rooms so we could shower. Came down in the mornign to have our buffet breakfast that we paid for - and we’re told that we weren’t on the list and couldn’t have breakfast without paying again. Off to reception and point out that not only did we actually already pay for breakfast in our original booking but pointed out that we have paid $319 for our room and right now on the website you can pay $310 for the same room WITH breakfast included. The manager Teresa was extremely unhelpful and told us that there’s nothing to be done about it. We would have to just wait to talk to reservation team in an hour. We decided to check out and leave. Still nothing mentioned about parking and yet when I go to exit the car park I was asked to pay $25 to validate parking! Absolutely unacceptable service. We should have been comped breakfast straight away as ANY one can see we clearly paid a rate that matches breakfast and it’s not OUR fault that Novotel lost track of it and didn’t book the follow up room properly. I travel for work multiple times a month and I will never recommend a Novotel again for either business or personal use.

Estaba aquí para llegar a la ciudad y tuvo una larga caminata por el río y un paseo muy intenso hacia la parte superior para llegar al hotel, ahogando mis maletas y cámaras caminando de la estación. La habitación era un espacio corto más grande que una cama doble con un baño y ducha muy pequeño. Me gustaba el jugo y el té y el café, pero se perdió una ventana. La habitación era limpia y la cama confortable y era adecuada para un estadía de noche. Hay una parada de autobús casi en oposición y las vistas de las colinas de la carretera son sorprendentes
