Habitación espaciosa , la zona de piscina muy bien . El personal muy amable

No esperaba que el hotel fuera tan rentable al principio ... Debido a que nadie reservó en Ctrip y nadie publicó fotos reales, pensé que el hotel sin chinos era muy antiguo y el hotel no era muy nuevo. ¡Subí mis propias fotos y terminé quedándome allí, hermanas! Sorprendentemente bueno! ! ! ¡Muy rentable! ! ! ¡Los chinos no mienten a los chinos! !

Cuando llegamos nos dieron una habitación doble, como habíamos pedido. La habitación parecía espaciosa, pero cuando entramos al baño, la bañera estaba sucia, la ducha estaba llena de moho y había un olor muy extraño que venía del desagüe. Cuando fuimos a encender el aire acondicionado, la unidad estaba llena de moho y se podía oler. Fuimos a la recepción y preguntamos si podíamos cambiar de habitación, ya que nos acomodaron y nos cambiaron a una habitación mucho más moderna y limpia. La zona de la piscina es preciosa y el personal fue muy servicial. Por el precio que pagamos por noche, fue una excelente relación calidad-precio y una visita a la ciudad costó unos 9 dólares.

Thanks for the hospitality! We truly loved everything you offered to us. The room is very clean, and we got everything we needed. The plug come with type c and usb cable are super convenient too.

Nice and quiet. Staffs are friendly and the pool is lovely. Very convenient to go to the town.

The location is a bit far from city if u don’t have a car but can call 13cab to go somewhere. It’s surrounded by Coles and many restaurants. Also has a park nearby. Cleanliness is very good! Everything we need they already provided, it’s be great if they provide microwave and slippers too. I spent 2 nights, everything is totally awesome! I’d recommend to my friends for sure. Their service is 10/10 appreciated that

Nice rooms, nice staff, good buffet breakfast. Only thing to note is the location is just outside the central Airlie beach area, there’s a helpful bus shuttle around the corner-but these can be infrequent-so you need to time your activities in Airlie so you’re not waiting around. Otherwise lovely with good facilities.

Very nice hotel with interesting aesthetic. Rooms recently renovated in a nice coastal theme. Hot tub could do with some maintenance but overall pleasant stay. Would visit again if we ever came back to Airlie.

Really lovely hotel, it was a little out from Airlie beach centre but the shuttle bus was perfect and not very expensive! The only thing was it wasn’t always that frequent but this is not the hotels fault! It was a great stay, really friendly staff and clean throughout.
