The apartments are located in a quiet residential area in the South of Mallorca, near-by Sa Rapita, and each can comfortably accommodate 4 - 5 people. The communal exteriors are beautiful and feature a 20 x 11 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.10 m to 1.40 m, a children's pool with a depth of 0,5 m, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, a small playground and extensive garden. Each accommodation has a size of 80 m2 and is located either on the ground floor or on the first floor. The units feature a terrace, a shower bathroom and two bedrooms with two twin beds each. Furthermore, one bedroom comes with a bathroom en-suite with bath tub. Upon a small charge, we can supply an extra bed. Additionally, there is a baby cot and an high chair with no extra cost. The sitting-dining room is nicely decorated and has satellite-TV, sofas and a kitchen, equipped with the most important utensils. Each apartment has A/C, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The apartments are located in a quiet and beautiful residental area El Paraiso, very close to the Mallorcan south coast and Sa Rapita, a charming seaside town. Along the coast you will find lovely, fine grained sand beaches as Platja de Sa Rapita, Ses Covetes and Es Trenc, well known for its crystalline waters and white sand. In Sa Rapita there are many bars, restaurants, supermarkets and Sailing Club, which has a bar with incredible views. Furthermore, the town Ses Salines is known for its high-quality salts and you can learn more about the production. The capital Palma de Mallorca with its famous Cathedral La Seu is worth visiting. Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use.
