The rooms are extremely clean, spacious and well appointed. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional: Front desk, Concierge, valet, restaurant staff, cleaning people etc. The Charles Hotel is my new go to hotel for Boston and I travel there at least 6 times per year. Stayed 4 nights on this trip.

The Charles is an underrated hotel and exactly where you want to stay when you visit Harvard. It offers good location: it is next to the Kennedy School and a few streets away from the Harvard Yard. It offers good ambience: its lobby is thoughtfully adorned to look like a university library in Harvard’s crimson palette. It offers good quality: it shows in everything from towels to robes to its metal water bottles. I will certainly visit again if I am back in Boston.

Large room, soft bathrobe, great amenities and hotel! Excellent service! I arrived after midnight because I misconnected my flights. The receptionist was very understanding

Nice hotel Always my top choice

Best hotel if visiting Harvard or any of its schools. Very central in Harvard square. Nice restaurant for breakfast and nice small bar. Rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. Price fluctuates a lot depending on what is happening at the university. But, highly recommend.

房間很小，兩個人住有點擠，房間設施也有點老舊。公共區域很有英倫風範，地理位置非常優越，去哈佛大學校園近在咫尺

非常滿意，位置環境與服務都很滿意。去哈佛大學和麻省理工學院很方便，吃飯也很方便，文化氣氛濃厚。下一次過去還會入住。龍蝦卷和烤龍蝦都很好吃。

酒店非常有歷史文化氣息，房間乾淨舒適，員工也很友善熱情。酒店裡衞生間的鏡子居然還可以看電視，真是好特別。酒店離哈佛廣場走路10分鐘距離，周圍餐廳選擇也很多。下次如果還有需要，會再次預訂。

酒店房間寬敞，位置絕佳，周邊有很多食肆。離地鐵和哈佛校區步行可達。酒店還提供零食和飲料，小朋友很喜歡。

位置非常好，對面就是哈佛校園核心區，另一邊是查爾斯河。lobby 裏的讀書角、桌上足球遊戲區，fitness room 都沒來得及體驗，餐廳很好，世界盃期間邊看球邊吃飯，服務員會説説笑笑一起聊天。
