¡gusta mucho! Esta ubicación es muy conveniente para hacer negocios cerca del aeropuerto. Se tarda diez minutos en llegar a Datonghua. El desayuno es normal y otros son buenos.

Muy cerca del aeropuerto, hay un hotel con servicio de autobús gratuito, y hay poco personal de servicio. La habitación es de un dormitorio y una sala de estar, con desayuno incluido pero comida de COSTCO.

Good staff, nice place, clean and comfortable. But the breakfast could be better for the price.

El personal mal preparado para resolver problemas. Debido a la enfermedad de mi hijo viajamos con un medicamento que necesita refrigeracion, y requerimos de congelar los bloques de gel previo a un viaje largo. El chico de la recepcion se negaba rotundamente en permitir llevar los bloques a su congeladror, al no tener uno en la habitacion. Tuvimos que pedir llamar hablar con el Gerente, quien de inmediato entendio el problema y accedio a hacerlo. Por otro lado, las camas estan ya muy usadas, blandas y sus cobijas y cobertores son muy calientes, haciendo muy dificil dormir.

The place was nice except for the fact that it was over booked and under staffed. There was not enough parking available which was very frustrating. The breakfast didn’t have enough food for all the guests. And the kitchen had a limited menu when we tried to order in the evening. Very disappointing stay overall. You get what you pay for I guess.

Hotel staff and room was clean and was offering what options you’d care for, (by elevator, ground floor vs higher floor). Food was ok, a little over priced for the quality.

It's a shamed and disappointment we had stayed at the Hyatt Place Calgary Airport. Hotel did not disclose that rooms are to be clean every 3rd days after the fact that we had booked the two rooms for 2 weeks stay through 3rd party booking. Had notified front desk immediately that the fan in the washroom was not working but was told they shut off during winter time, imagine how stinky it is and the whole washroom was all smoky when shower. I was told to come and collect bath towels from the front desk as he said there's only him at the desk currently and when I came down there were two of them standing there talking and giggling at the front and informed they ran out of bath towels they only have face towels if I want it. Please stay away from this hotel if you want house keeping everyday.

Great breakfast that starts at 0600. Very comfortable room. Very friendly young man helped check us in.

Walls are a bit thin (or the family in the room next to us was particularly loud at 11pm) but everything else was great for an hotel next to Calgary airport.

Booked 3 rooms for our family, since we had an early flight the next day. Great stay, only thing that would make it better if they had a breakfast-to-go option!

The lobby staff were very rude and dismissive. There was insufficient amenities such as towels in the room for a family booking of 5. The shuttle left early and there was no apology or recourse other than having to pay for a taxi to get to the hotel. Booked this hotel for the convenience and airport shuttle. Was definitely disappointed. Would not book again.
