The bed was much too hard. The air conditioning unit kept switching itself from warm to freezing even though I had it on the heat-only setting. The housekeeping team tried to come in and clean my room 45mins before I was scheduled to check-out. Then my keycard was deactivated 10 minutes before checkout time so I was locked out when I returned from breakfast and had to go down to the front desk to get it fixed. The first lady at reception said she’d reactivated my keycard, so I went back upstairs and was still locked out, and the elevator was far too slow and I didn’t want to get penalised for checking out late, so I had to walk down the stairs (which were very difficult to find!) then a second lady gave me a different, new keycard to get back into my room, then I had to walk back up the stairs again and was finally able to get my luggage and check out. Overall it was a pretty bad experience.

Rooms are exactly the same as images. Very spacious. Worth the price. Free parking is great

I stayed at this hotel while visiting Calgary for my son’s tournament. Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable. One of the two elevators was under maintenance, but since the building only has five floors, it wasn’t a major inconvenience. The room had a kitchenette with a sink, which was convenient for heating up simple meals in the microwave, and the refrigerator was a good size. However, the bedside lamp and the desk lamp didn’t work, and the outlets near them also seemed to be out of order. I had to unplug the clock to charge my phone. Among the four pillows on the bed, one had a noticeable bleach smell, so I set it aside and used the others — it would have been nicer if they had been rinsed more thoroughly. The staff were friendly and helpful overall, and the ice machine worked well. The hot tub in the pool area was also very enjoyable. Despite a few minor issues, I was satisfied with my stay and would consider staying here again in the future.

Better bring your slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste, comb etc they don’t provide any of these. Breakfast is not as high as IHG European standards. Not many options. No bottled water, tap water is clean for drinking.

It is rare to see such a reasonable price in Canada. The only drawback is a little hair on the bed sheet, which basically occurs in every hotel in Canada. Good overall

One of the highest value airport hotels in Calgary if you don't need breakfast. Far from the airport but the shuttle service was free and on time and the hotel is relatively close to the city center. My room had a very comfortable bed and some of the better towels I've had at a hotel. The mini-bar with a fridge and microwave was also nice.

Close to airport and easy to access to downtown. The room was clean, and well prepared everything in the bathroom. It was a great place.

Good breakfast. clean. our room has a bathtub that I like it.

The breakfast options are good. Beds are comfy. Overall nice stay.

An elevator was out of commission and so were the pool and fitness facility, but the hotel was fine and the restaurant is  good. Order the shrimp tacos

Amazing experience. Not only does the hotel provides good services but also take care of your additional requests if they can accommodate. I really liked their business room access, lounge and restraunt options. Adding to free Airport pick and drop shuttle service which makes it really convenient for travels. I really appreciate the front desk behavior, patience and willingness to support and help a customer.

The room smelt like someone had smoked in it. The elevator had unofficial repairs and was 5-6 layered pieces of broken mirror. The elevators and doors were tigher so it was hard to manuever the cart and our stroller around. The food was really good in the morning. The staff was pleasant and due to delays they extended our checkout. The shuttle was also really nice and they were super helpful.
