We had a good stay, but found the check in process arduous - the reception staff demanded the passports of all guests, including my four and six year old children, signatures from all adults and the ******* tax invoice emailed to them. My wife stayed in the car as my three year old son was napping, and so these demands caused us much stress, particularly trying to locate the specific ******* receipt which they required emailed to them at the point of check in. Easily my worst check in experience of any hotel to date.
