"We stayed at this hotel recently and were quite disappointed. First, we chose this hotel specifically because the website says it has air conditioning, but when we arrived, we were told that our particular room did NOT have air conditioning, that "only some rooms" have air conditioning. To make matters worse, the room we were given was on the ground floor, right by the entrance, with a sliding glass door. The choice that night, then, was to open the door for fresh air and to feel unsafe, or to close the door and sweat all night long. We chose the former option, but it meant we had to sleep with one eye open, and endure the noise of people coming and going through the front door. Worst of all, the manager, Patricia, was very unfriendly and unhelpful. When I told her that my lost luggage might be delivered by the airline to the hotel, her response was "Well there's no telling what will happen to it if it is -- you may be quite unhappy with the result." Where is the professionalism of her position in such a response? Needless to say, we were glad to leave the hotel, and to continue our vacation in hotels with kinder, more responsive staff."

"Magnífico lugar, bien situado con una hermosa vista, una cálida recepción. Todo lleva a la relajación y la tranquilidad. Pequeño estacionamiento, pequeña piscina, cómoda. La restauración es original y muy agradable. Las camas son cómodas, no hay aire acondicionado (es importante decir que en la caña completa), pero el dormitorio de abajo es bastante fresco para sentirse bien. El establecimiento acepta los ANCV (que se vuelve raro)."

"This park was the worst ever the swimming pool was dirty and surrounded by wasps being stung multiple times there wasnt any room for fun anymore. Also the other FRENCH people on the park were so rude against my kids and everyone who wasnt french. The houses were problematic we didnt have a bath because the water kept flooding away. The recepetion is never open and the receptionists were very rude. I WOULD NEVER SUGGEST THIS PARK EVER Kind regards Familie bramsma"
