Valoraciones de Triumph Plaza Hotel

En general, mi experiencia no fue buena con este hotel. Pagué por una habitación y luego quise modificar/cancelar mi estadía, ya que me dijeron que en el aeropuerto me tomó unas horas llegar a este hotel debido al tráfico, sin embargo, el hotel no quiso. Me ayudó con mi reserva y me recomendó Trip, y finalmente no pude obtener un reembolso ni modificar mi reserva.

La ubicación del hotel está a sólo 20 minutos en taxi del aeropuerto de El Cairo, lo cual es muy conveniente. El hotel es grande y tiene muchas habitaciones. Pero si lo comparamos con hoteles nacionales del mismo precio, puede que sea un poco peor. La habitación era bastante decente y ni siquiera había un tomacorriente en la cabecera de la cama. Como escala de 1 día es una opción aceptable.

Mi estancia en el Triumph Plaza Hotel fue estándar, nada extraordinario. El Sr. Ibrahim en la recepción fue probablemente el único que fue agradable y educado, mientras que otros estaban demasiado ocupados para notar a los clientes. Se proporcionaron comodidades excepto zapatillas de ducha, bata y cepillo de dientes. Menciono esto porque mi equipaje se retrasó y algo de la base me hubiera ayudado en ese momento. Mi habitación daba al campo de entrenamiento militar, por lo que era un poco ruidosa. Tenía un pequeño balcón encantador pero no tenía silla. Es ideal para quienes prefieren estar en medio del bullicio de la ciudad o para quienes hacen una parada rápida. Definitivamente no fue para mí. En general, fue cómodo y limpio.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Mr. Sherif Emad. Was cooperative with us during check in and made special arrangements for the room for us have to comfortable stay.

I checked in and the room was freezing cold and I was unable to move due to it being that cold. I spoke with reception and they sent an engineer up. Engineer said he fixed the heating and it should warm up in the next 10/15 minutes. This still didn’t work so I called again. Another engineer then came up and spent about 30 minutes trying to fix this. He told me this would be it working but would take 10/15 minutes to kick in. I left the hotel as I had a museum tour booked. After trying to get all this sorted I missed out on my full tour, again that I’m unhappy with. I returned to the hotel at 7:30pm and again my room was freezing with no hot air coming out. Again I spoke to reception and 30 minutes later someone came up to fix it. He was unable to fix it so said I will move room. I eventually got moved room at 10pm after having to call reception 6 times about getting the key to the new room. When I entered the new room it was so dusty and dirt all over the floor and hair in the toilet. At this point I had had enough and asked to speak with the manager. I went down to speak to the manager and he apologised and said he would take me to another room, I explained I had to be at the airport in 11 hours and I would not want to do this. He showed me the room anyway, there was no difference between this and the room I was in so I declined to move again baring in mind I had just unpacked all my things again. During this time I was also speaking with trip and explained to the manager I would be complaining about this. I eventually get off to sleep only to be woken up at 11:45 by the night manager offering me breakfast in the morning. Furious about this as I was to be at the airport in 9 hours I declined. To say I’m disgusted is an understatement

Good, except a hair on my bed

Everything in the room is outdated. Old worn out furniture Small toilet,small bathtub Fridge is not working , house keeper not trained. Room missing a lot of basics. E gerges

Fantastic hotel. The staff were so kind and too care of all our needs. The kocation entrance can be slightly tricky for user drivers but if you let 5hem know in chat where exactly you are, I helps considerably.

Staff ok , breakfast very good , large room but little old furniture

The hotel is located in the city center. We only stayed one night in the hotel and the front desk free upgraded us to a deluxe room. Though the room was a bit dated, but it was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good and had many choices.

Lovely smart hotel. Several restaurants. Massage and gym. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel nice sbd roomy. Rooms spacious. Would stay there again but if you want to be in the town centre with many shops you need to stay closer to city centre as this, was, about 30 minutes from airport. It didn't matter because everything is a short cheap taxi fare away. Also it's next to a military camp where you can see and hear the soldiers marching from your balcony. If the bugle noise bothers, you at 6am then maybe not for you. Also, but not related to the hotel you'll be woken up at 4am by the, wailing from the mosques but you can't really get away from that can you. The hotel I understand is, owned by the military and so you'll often see soldiers stay there. They weren't any trouble. In fact it made you feel safe.

It is really good hotel with very professional staff, they need just to review the policy of parking … if you get a good view in your room you are lucky … great bolcny
