Estancia muy extraña desde hace algunas misas. Con la ayuda del propietario del hotel, logramos que nuestra estancia fuera aceptable.

Dirty stairs. Very noisy hotel equipment all night plus no attenuation of aircraft noise. Very poor water pressure. Shower over spa bath. No lift to upper floor. Not worth it

The lady at the Front reception was rude when I arrived didn't get good customer service from her...room I payed for the night the curtains in the room was old and handing off the rod hot water won't come on straight away have to wait 8 minutes to get hot ( water nothing ) water pressure not good - when I spoke to lady at reception same rude lady about the hot water her and her husband come to my room knocked on door and spoke very rudely to me about my complete about the hot water - they even caused me of smoking in the room when I wasn't They both are very rude people ( ****** ) I will never book at that hotel again - I'm still waiting for my bond refund - it's been 8 days I'm not happy

Respuesta del alojamiento: The guest who booked with our motel had another partner (Lady) come to the property the following day, while intoxicated and asking for the guest’s room details. For privacy and security reasons, we refused to provide any information.After this, the guest repeatedly called the motel in an aggressive manner and complained that the hot water was not working. However, when our staff checked the room, the hot water was functioning properly.The guest later came to reception and argued with staff without valid reason and continued making complaints. Due to this behaviour, we informed Trip.com that we were unable to continue accommodating the booking and attempted to cancel the reservation. However, the guest refused to leave the property.

Good location, and size of room,female indian/Asian reception staff was rude and accused me of smoking when i dont,very condescending, and dressed like she just woken from sleep,poor presentation for front of house,I suspect because they want to cheat you for the $300 smoking bill. I checkout same night purely because the female staff was extremely rude and did not feel welcomed hospitality is 0 out of 10.

Beware: They demand a $150 security bond when you check-in… many customers, including me, were caught unprepared and were very unhappy… especially how they already have your credit card information if there was damage to rooms. Also there are NO LIFTS, so I had to carry my luggage up 3 flights of stairs! Stairs were FILTHY!! As was the ‘green water’ pool Indian male at reception was extremely rude and abrupt to many customers, having an all-out yelling match with people in the room opposite me over a minor issue AND the female Indian receptionist was very rude and unwelcoming also… the staff (seems to be a family runny it) we’re generally very unhelpful and unpleasant DON’T waste you money on this place!!

最差的酒店！！！沒有之一！！！ 第一差，衞生差，房間裏蟲子很多，沒有做任何措施，朋友們小心，睡覺的時候床上都有蟲子！而且房間內味道難聞！ 第二差，設施差，設施陳舊老化，還有一股發黴的味道，很難聞！ 第三差，服務差，因為空調在牆上有一個開關，我們不知道，找工作人員，工作人員態度巨差！！！酒店的員工都是印度人，他們很敵視中國人，而且竟然敢種族歧視！！！國內外去了這麼多地方，這是我住的最差的酒店！！！沒有之一！！！順便説一句，澳大利亞的印度人對待中國人很敵視，可能是心裏自卑，心理不平衡，凱恩斯當地的原住民也不友好，經常一起聚集到一起，而且眼神很兇狠！！！大家一定結伴而行！！！尤其是女生！！！千萬不要單獨出門，不要單獨去凱恩斯！！！

ケアンズセントラルまでは徒歩３０分と少し離れているが、海沿いを歩いて行けるので良かった。 エレベーターがないため、荷物が多いと大変。
