Lovely hotel. Brilliant location. Fantastic staff. Good food. This hotel is on the waterfront and in a delightful central place, good for restaurants and attractions nearby, by tram or walking. The hotel is clean, and a 'proper' hotel. Our room was lovely and overlooked the water. Cleaned regularly without delay. The staff were brilliant. We tried our poor French language skills out and the staff helped and were amused in equal measure. The breakfasts were ample and tasty. Recommended. We certainly hope to be back.

The Hotel has three stars outside but I assume this relates to the sister Mercure hotel that is next door but part of the same building. The room we had was meant to be a twin but in all honesty it was more like a single room. Storage is very limited and the bathroom was very tired and dated looking. The Hotel bar shuts early and may not open at all so you may struggle for a nightcap if one takes your fancy. The good points of the hotel are the underground parking that they have (make sure you book it) and the breakfast was great, the lady who looks after the breakfasts is really helpful. Location wise the Hotel is a good central location and most places are a walk. Comparing it to the premier inn we stayed at in the UK en-route, the premier inn was miles better and 40 pounds cheaper per night.

出張で4泊滞在しました。 カーン城周辺にはホテルがたくさんありますが、観光地への距離と料金から最もコストパフォーマンスが良いと判断してここに決めました。 施設は少々古いですが、清潔感があります。毎日の清掃も十分でした。 +7ユーロ/日で朝食が付けられました(写真参照)。これは可もなく不可も無くといった感じでした。 滞在中に朝食もいろいろなものを食べたいという人はホテル外で食べても良いと思います。 スタッフの方は英語で対応してくれました。朝食中に日本のマンガ・アニメについて語り合いました！ スタッフの対応はとても丁寧で快適に過ごせました。 またカーンに行く際には利用したいと思えるホテルでした！

Situado idealmente para visitar Caen. El centro de la ciudad está a pie en 15 minutos. Estudio agradable, cómodo, cocina, SDB, WC y TV. Propiedad ok. Estacionamiento Personal discreto agradable. Alquilado directamente en su plataforma, lo que evita las molestias cuando se pasa por un intermediario como Booking y el estacionamiento se le ofrece, lo que no es negligente, ya que de lo contrario es 3€ por día. Precio muy razonable. Aproximadamente 167€ por tres noches. Relativamente tranquilo, excepto cuando cae sobre vecinos que creen solos y sin respeto. Recomiendo

Buen hotel, personal amable. Está en el centro. Mi habitación era una sola, bastante pequeña, pero limpia. Sin embargo, tenía la particularidad de tener la ducha del baño en la habitación y por lo tanto, quien usaba el agua no tenía gran privacidad. No sé si es una característica de los individuos, porque yo viajaba sólo así que no tuve necesidades de privacidad El desayuno era bueno, todo en la buena media.

La habitación es muy caliente, porque no hay aire acondicionado. Para quedarse a la noche tuvimos que dormir con ventanas abiertas que parecían una noche ruidosa debido a la vida nocturna de la ciudad. La recepción no era muy amable al check-in. El desayuno era muy pequeño y estaba sobrecapacitado con sólo una persona para servir a todas las personas.
