Mi hermano se casaba y, como la familia se dispersó de diferentes lugares, tuve habitaciones para reunir a nuestra gran familia y ampliar familias para el matrimonio, así como para celebrar las últimas horas de bachillerato de mi hermano. Reservé a través de un sitio de reservas de hotel y descubrí que las habitaciones que reservaba no eran amistosas para las sillas de ruedas, pero el personal era lo suficientemente amable para actualizarnos por un precio mínimo y así podíamos tener habitaciones más agradables. El hotel era muy acogedor y mi sobrino y mis sobrinos y nietos de 3 años disfrutaron de nadar. Todos disfrutaron de nadar. Nuestras habitaciones tienen puertas de patio que conducen hasta la zona de piscina que es hermosa. La comida era deliciosa. Aunque para el desayuno, todo parece estar completo (salate, huevo, cereal, etc.), sin embargo, encontré las opciones de carne que faltan, pero quizás fue sólo yo. Cons: 1. La habitación y las instalaciones del hotel son bastante viejas. Tal vez sea acerca de tiempo para reemplazar los papeles en las habitaciones, las mesas en el comedor en el piso. cosas como eso. 2. Nos quedamos en el 7o piso, que es el más alto cerca del penthouse. Creo que el penthouse es un ******. Había veces aquí podía mover las mesa arriba, no estoy seguro, pero había ruidos de arriba. 3. El agua del duche, aunque ya se ha puesto en HOT, sería repentinamente convertida en temperatura normal del agua, luego fría y luego caliente. No hay ninguna característica de seguridad en la gran ventana de nuestra habitación, lo que significa que podamos abrirla completamente a gran escala. Es un riesgo especialmente cuando hay un niño. El lugar fue libro a través de Trip.com El lugar era grande y es muy Instagramable. Los alimentos son grandes pero se limitan a pocas opciones que todavía no pueden quejarse de ello, Los servicios son excelentes. En el área de comedor las acogidas son acomodables y útiles. Las habitaciones son muy grandes, aunque tuvimos algunos problemas en la unidad AC que estaba escapando dentro de la habitación, pero tuvimos un cambio a una mejor habitación. El personal que se rodea también es muy útil y alegre. El especial Kuya alboy nos pide que nos pongamos juntos en la zona. En todas las reservas en Cintai Coritos Garden, la experiencia es memorable. Me gustaría recomendar este lugar a mis amigos y familiares.

The hotel was nice especially location, on every floor they have water dispensers and it’s easy to consume the drinker water , I think it’s a good i like it, however the bad things the for smokers : you can’t smoke inside even tho you can’t smoke outside of the hotel premises , you have to go to footpaths on road for smoking , I think it’s quite rude , the hotel at least allow smoking outside of the hotel building. If you are smoker then don’t come

Es un hotel bien equilibrado en general. Me he alojado aquí varias veces, pero esta es la primera vez que tengo el desayuno incluido. Estaba delicioso. Estuve de viaje con compañeros de trabajo, y como éramos 6, habíamos reservado 3 habitaciones dobles, pero cuando fuimos el día del viaje, nos dijeron que habría una habitación doble y las otras habitaciones. Serían camas extragrandes, ¿y qué? se han convertido. Como había hombres en la habitación, les dije que sería un problema, así que decidí tener dos habitaciones dobles, pero eso fue lo único que fue un poco decepcionante.

My last visit was 2 years ago.. and yesterday I tried it again (Sept 11-12) When we arrived the room is not yet ready and waited for 20 mins before releasing the room. The FO duty gave me the WIFI password for 2 devices only. while waiting we already connected to the wifi however when we arrived at the room the signal is so week and no internet connection. We called assistance, the IT officer went to our room and check.. He offered other wifi connection but still not working.. He went to our room thrice but the connection is not FIXED. ” wala man lang pasensya na po Maam,. kasi ganito ganyan,,,... Ang sabi lang niya is ”Malakas naman po ang internet bakit kaya di naconnect?” Connected naman daw ang phone nya bakit samin ay hindi. Para sabihin ko lang din Hindi outdated ang phone namin and Samsung naman. I am telling you dis cuz ito din nagig problem ko from last stay ko.. And ngayon di pa padin nag babago, walang improvement. Second, BOTTLED WATER. Nilagay namin sa ref yung 2 tubig then nung iinumin na namin.. don lang namin napasin na bawas na pala ung isang bote. Then sakto may dumaan na housekeeping sinabi ko ung about sa tubig. and yes wala nanaman sinabing ”pasensya or whatsoever” wala kumuha lang sya ng tubig.. tinanong ko pala sya kung libre lang ba ung tubig kung mag add sabi nya OO so pinalitan naman nya ung tubig namin 4 na bote ang binagay nya.. so ito na nga Gabi na ubos na ang tubig namin,. tumawag ako sa FO to refill again the water and sabi is MAY BAYAD na daw. Php 70 isang bote ng Summit Water 500ML. WOW. I am also working sa hotel pero ang tubig is libre kahit gaano kadami ang hingin.. my bayad man ang tubig pero un is kung ung branded talaga na bottled water. 500 ml na summit is 15 pesos lang... So namahalan ako.. ginawa ko nag padeliver nalang ako. Third, Last day.. I ask the FOA if possible for late check out. 1PM lang naman.. Ang sagot lang nya sakin is ... Ay Maam, hindi ko po alam tatanong ko lang po sa Supervisor. But nung time na un is sya palang naak duty so sabi ko babalikan ko nalang sya.. So, Over all.. I think, NEED ng staffs nyo ng training on how to answer queries.complain,concern ng guets.. Okay naman ung hotel nyo sana kaso if ganon ang staffs nyo pumapangit ang Image.

If you want to go somewhere quite and just chill this is the place to be. It has a stunning view of Tagaytay. The only down side is their pool has no heater so it would be freezing as expected lol. Their in house Spa inside the hotel is a super plus, super relaxing and not iver priced. I also love the food at their restaurant, I ordered a lot lol. Complimentary breakfast is standard. Parking lot is spacious when we came in. Area is accessible to nearby Tagaytay spots. I will definitely comeback if I am in the area.

We booked 2nights stay for our wedding anniversary. Check in was smooth and efficient. We were escorted to our room (Safari couple) and assisted in bringing our bags. The room was clean, although it is small, it was very cozy and you'll really get to feel the glamping vibe which me and my husband liked a lot. The shower area has a bit of moulds but it was minimal. The mosquito net is a saviour though the one we had has a hole luckily not much of mosquitos during our stay. The jacuzzi is nice. When we arrived the jacuzzi was ready and warmed up so all we had to do was jump into it. They also allow using bath bombs or bubble bath which is really nice cause one would enjoy jacuzzi with that and also you can request to change the water of the jacuzzi especially if you are staying more than 1night so that everyday the water is fresh. We didn't request for housekeeping during our stay so they were quite generous on replenishing our amenities instead. Breakfast option is so so we'd say. Menu is bit pricey for us. So we mostly opted for grab food. Speaking of, we ordered Andoks via Grab for our lunch on our 1st day. We ate just outside our tent for our lunch. We didn't get to finish the food cause it was too much for us, in short we had left overs of Andoks (1 bangus + 2 quarter parts of chicken + 1 bbq stick). We covered the left over food nicely and left them on top of our table just outside our tent assuming that it is safe to leave them there since we couldn't really bring them inside our tent cause it would smell. So then we went ahead and took our afternoon nap and when we wake up and checked on our left over food to have it for dinner; we were surprised that some of it were partially taken. The 1pc bbq stick and 1 quarter of chicken were gone. My husband and I thought that maybe one of us had eaten it while one was asleep but it was not. We also thought that maybe the insects around probably poke into our food but then the food was still covered nicely when we came back for it. Somebody must have meddle into our food while we were away asleep. Tbh, it wasn't really a big deal for us cause the food wasn't really that pricey and we will be happy to share it to the needy but the thought of somebody was meddling on our belongings while we were just few steps away asleep inside our tent makes it feel odd. We hope security could be better in future. We went to swim on our 2nd day. We were at the biggest pool that morning when we were asked to leave cause they have to clean it. The staff politely asked us to leave and transfer to another pool instead, it was fine to us but we thought that it would be better if they schedule the pool cleaning not during the operating hours so that guests can really maximise the pool usage. Check out was smooth as well. We were assisted by Melissa. Have shared to her our feedback and she was apologetic about it. But overall stay was lovely. We enjoyed it and it was indeed a really relaxing place to stay. Staff are fri
